The brussels were so good I got a second order - crispy, juicy, exploding with flavor….usually you need bacon to accomplish what they accomplished without. The wings were plump and crispy. I usually scorn breaded trads, but they pulled this off…the light breading actually *added* to the wings instead of covering them up like most places do when they choose to bread. Sauces are fine as hell including the ranch. Red blend is smooth even though I usually don’t care for California wine. Oh, and top notch service. Well done, guys. Well done. ??
Great happy hour options everyday! So many yummy menu options, need to come back to try. Good selection of draft beers & a couple ciders. Very friendly & great service! We showed up 20 minutes before happy hour started which we didn't know before hand. We ordered a few things then ordered happy hour when it was time. The staff was great & super nice! Family friendly!
This is one of our favorite places lately. The food is decidedly Korean/Vietnamese/continental fusion but wonderfully well done.My wife loves the Hawaiian burger and fries, it's her regular order. This time I tried the shrimp po boy, which was spectacular. The food is always top notch; we have never had a bad, or even mediocre, meal here. The beer selection is superb as well; not overly burdened by the Seattle predilection for IPAs. Not to mention their creative, and tasty, cocktails.A word about service: the staff are friendly and welcoming. They are also understaffed. If you are polite and understand that instant gratification is not on the menu then your dining experience will be excellent.I can't stress this enough: be polite. The staff is working their butts off to serve everyone and it may take a little longer but, and trust me on this, it is WELL worth any wait you may endure.
We stopped in because they had a couple of beers on tap that we wanted to try. By the time we got there, it was dinner time, so we ordered a couple of appetizers. We were nervous, as there was a sign on the door asking for patience because they were training new employees. Any fear we had disappeared immediately. Our server was prompt, attentive, and incredibly friendly. Besides her excellent service, we were visited by at least two if not three other staff members, bringing us drinks or food, filling our water glasses, asking if we needed anything - and not in an obtrusive way at all. Our two appetizers were served hot and tasted delicious - the fried chicken tenders were amazing, so crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The appetizers were enough that we ended up with a "to go" box - I had the leftover chicken tender today for lunch and two days later it was still crispy, and with a hint of sweet and hot to it. Their website has an updated address, but if you do a web search you will find it. The restaurant was busy for a Monday night, but they had it handled. We were truly impressed. We have eaten out a lot in the last 10 days, and at some of the "finer" dining establishments in the area, and of all of them, we'd return to the Brick, for sure.
Amazing bold flavors. Fusion Hispanic, Asian and American cuisine. Definitely a great establishment with new owners since the previous owners. Service is friendly and suggestive on the selection! We we're greeted upon entry with the understanding that their was a 30 minute wait. We were seated in 15! Once seated we were serviced with water and the opportunity to order drinks and appetizers. On the front door it is stated that they are understaffed and wait times may be longer with an understanding but, truly our table had not noticed either of what was stated. Service was fast, consistent and friendly. My server was John who suggested the choices in the pictures below. Our food was delivered promptly and everything was passionately flavorful and truly a great mixture! Would never have guessed mixing Thai curry with seasoned waffle fries! Price point for what you get also, was more than generous! My family and I will be back for more! I personally can't wait to try the rest of the offered menu and hope for many more years to come from this establishment! Cheers to The Brick and staff!
This place serves Asian fusion style dishes and pretty cocktails. Great beer selection as well. Highly recommend the smash burger. Bulgogi tots were yummy. Parking is a shared lot with other stores so can be difficult to find a spot during busy hours.3 stars because we ordered a dish that never arrived and they wouldn’t refund us. They stated they could either make the dish and we take it to-go or we get credit for the next visit. Bizarre that they couldn’t simply give us a refund.
I have stumbled upon this place because it is so close to where I live. The Brick has become a neighbor favorite spot to go to. They have easy to find parking in either the front or back of the building. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by someone and they are very helpful and really nice when you walk in especially if you’re a first timer. Therefore the customer service is so very top notch. There is a lot of seating available. They are able to accommodate for large parties as well. They have a good amount of TVs too if you want to watch sports. They also have a great selection of beers and drinks and on top of that their food is amazing. I ordered a lomo saltado and honey sriracha Brussels sprouts. Both dishes are delicious and very flavorful. They offer so many other dishes as well from chicken wings, salads, noodles and burgers… they all look so very good. Overall this is a great place to hang out and enjoy some great food and drinks. I can’t wait to go back and try more things that they offer! I believe they also do comedy and trivia nights which is a fun way to spend your nights.
Food and service both great. The Honey Sriracha Brussel sprouts were ? sooooo good and perfectly hot and sweet!
Great food, imaginative and beautiful cocktails, fun space, and friendly staff!! Try the Panang Poutine, wings, and smash burgers!!!
Hidden gem for Asian fusion and beer. We tried the Wings (naked) with 3 different dipping sauces: gochujang, honey sriracha, and fish sauce. The wings were crispy and not greasy. For entrée, we got Bulgogi cheesesteak, Garlic Noodles, and Panang Curry Salmon. Garlic noodles were simple but surprisingly flavorful. Panang Curry was rich and satisfying. Husband also liked this beer too!
