Taco bell just lied to me. big sign about a Strawberry Freeze, ordered one and the guy said they had cherry. This was true. The girl at the window said it was Strawberry and Cherry and Strawberry are the same. NOT. She said it is Strawberry. Got home and it is definately Cherry and I wonder who told her to tell that story. The guy kept telling her it was Cherry. Don't trust these people. Well except for the young man. Can you tell I don't like Cherry?
Order pickup through the app to pickup like I usually do. Door was locked this time 'Lobby is closed' sign on the door. Knocked on the door, and called the store. 2 empoyees just looked at me then ignored. At least take 30 seconds to come to the door and tell me whats going on, or turn pickup 'off' on the app. Never received food, or refund. Won't be back.
Taco Bell has the best food for the best price. It's somewhat healthy is tasty was very appealing and it just fulfills that few times I go get fast food. It's excellent
This service is fast and the staff is helpful. I customize my order often and it's always prepared correctly.
Seems like the staff on the weekends is way better than the weekdays. Plus the food on the weekends is made better. Got a crunchwrap supreme and was lacking chicken, wasn't worth the money. Staff is friendly but the food needs to be prepared better. Maybe I'll come back in another month.
I don't eat taco bell but the customer service I receive everytime I pick up food for others is great!

These people are getting paid $15 an hour and can't even follow simple directions. Put my order in 2 bags...Ordered $40 of food and got 7 hot sauce packets.
I ordered food and my whole order was wrong. I checked my food when I returned back home.So frustrated. I went back, told them what happened. They fixed my order but no apology, no sorry for wasting my half an hour.Manager's attitude was very bad. She was like I don't care. She is not the right person for manager position. ? just ruined my whole day and my appetite.Very bad experience. ? I will not go back there and will not recommend anyone this place ??
Great in person. Like any taco bell really. Solid food that isn't the fanciest, but it's damn tasty. This one makes good tacos.
