Add double chicken, red sauce, make it fresco, grill it...grill it!This cancer patient will only eat this particular menu item and it is the least expensive and healthiest way to still eat fast food and live while you're dying! Pass the hot sauce PLEASE!OLE 'YALL!

I ordered via the app and went to pick up my order via the drive through. When I first talked to them via the drive through intercom system she said there were no online orders. I told her my name and my order. Since she didn't have anything I decided I better drive up to the window to be able to better communicatr with her. Again she said she had no online orders and I must have ordered from another store. I pulled up my order and confirmed it was the correct store. She finally asked for assistance and someone else there was able to find my order in the system. Not sure why she said they had no online orders. While waiting for my food I witnessed 3 rats run across the drive through lane and along the landscaping they have by the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting to see that while waiting for our food.Food still tasted good but it's a shame they don't have good employees working there or rat control.

This place is fairly typical for taco bell in my opinion. This is the reason I haven't eaten there in years. I saw a commercial for their nachos bell grande on tv, and decided to givem a try. The first time I ordered was about a week ago, and everything was good.?.However, tonight was a completely different story. The nachos had NO meat on them. It was purely chips with refried beans, and a spoonful of nacho cheese with a tiny squirt wad of sour cream. They gave additional beef as a pay more option( which I declined), but i didn't know they would forgo the beef completely. DERp!Then the chicken quesadillas....they were soooo flat. I have enclosed with this review images of these so that they can be mocked. They are so sad and pathetic....There is barely any meat. Maybe like 4 strips all together. Probably closer to 3. Anyways, if taco bell would be so kind as to refund my money($22: 2 quesadillas, 1 nachos, 1 burrito)and give me a $20 gift card for a fresh order of this food, I would drop the 2 star review. Gracias!

It's taco bell. My favorite part is the people usually ask how are you doing? And although this is might be annoying to some people I really enjoy it.

The “manager” at this location said, to me a customer, and I quote, “I hope you die.”Wow… this location doesn’t even deserve one star. For context, I am a nineteen year old college girl who looks very young. My girlfriend and I placed a mobile order and received an email confirmation as well as the in app order. When we got to the drive thru, the woman said they didn’t have the order and we asked if they could help us at the window. There was a man working there when we rolled up, about 30-50 years of age, of hispanic/latino descent, who wouldn’t look at our confirmation and started rudely talking to us about how he would not help us. He got angry, raising his voice, hostile glares, and argued with a NINETEEN year old girl. He spoke to me and my girlfriend in a horrible manner, not doing anything to help the situation at all. He didn’t offer any support, claiming he was the manager and didn’t want to help us. What started as a civil ask for help with our order that we paid for an had proof of purchase, ended up with this man leaning out the drive thru as we drove away yelling, “I hope you die.” What kind of establishment lets a manager speak this way to a customer, especially someone who was obviously much younger, LGBT+, and a woman. Disgusting behavior.

Past 2 times I've ordered for delivery my drinks have either not arrived or were so watered down there was almost no color nor taste to the drinks. Manager on duty initially refused to state her name (siting some unheard of scam causing her discomfort in stating her name until after she knows what's wrong) & was quite rude, but ended up apologizing & offering to replace said drinks & an additional something extra. Haven't been back to get said replacements.

Be patient . I am sure good things are on the way....construction puts a damper 9n things but it's still the CASINO!!!!! Had a good time and some luck on the machines too.

Literally the worst taco bell I have ever been to. First time, food order was completely incorrect in the bag, even though it was rang in correctly. Second time, the girl in the window told me my card was declined. Twice. Called the bank, the issue wasn't with the card. Apparently she tried to use tap and pay and tapped the card too quickly ? the levels of incompetence are mind-boggling. Please save yourself the irritation and go to any other store in the arwa.

I made an online order with hair in it and complained to an employee who had a nasty attitude. I’m rating it a 3 star only because the manager was kind and had great customer service unlike the other young lady I was dealing with .

It's Taco Bell. Solid workers, consistent food. No issues with my order, which was a big plus. Cheesy gordita crunch or nothing.
