We have tried to go order food twice and the second we park they turn their lights off and doors are always locked. Pretty sure they dont close at 7 pm and if so, update your signs

this is by far the worst subway i’ve ever been to in my life and i’ve been to some pretty bad subways. Every time i try to give them a chance they bewilder me. The staff is beyond rude, rushing us when there is literally no one else in the store, slapping on ingredients like they are angry EVERY TIME. and when i did an online order, they gave me the wrong bread, no cheese, added topping i didn’t order, didn’t toast it, and it looked mangled. i thought maybe they just didn’t like me, but this has happened to all my friends who they would have no idea are associated with me. the manager is rude and petty. they close 30min-hr early everyday. they need a whole turn over or to close this subway.

Idiots, I placed an online order like I have in the past. It was prepaid, they decided not to make it because my phone number was out of state. 35 mins after ordering and they just decided it didn’t matter. Keep in mind this subway already doesn’t accept coupons and their menu prices are higher than the others in the area. Never again will I order from this franchise owner.

Won't take coupons, electronic or other, so I'm never eating here again. Food is way overpriced compared to other area locations, too.

This is just for price!!! Customer service was on point. But I bought two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a cookie. $41. Yes, I got avocado, extra cheese. (At least I paid for extra) what I got for $5 extra was a tiny scoop of avocado and a small sprinkling if "extra cheese". Then I got their new melt and was charged an extra $6 for "melt". That's $1 per slice of cheese. The food was fresh and great, but I can not justify spending $40 on two sandwiches. I can go to any sit down restaurant and get better food and quality.

We've been sick and unable to eat for over a week. But as we started feeling better, all we could think of for our first meal was a subway sandwich!Unfortunately we made the mistake of ordering an hour before they closed and the sandwich was less than appealing.It was mostly hard, dry bread with very little roast beef, or anything else. Not even a slice of cheese.So disappointing...

Ordered my sandwich with out bread OMGoshEvery thing was so fresh lettuce wad crispy,Also when I got there to pick it up, the employee was very nice and polite, it was a very nice change from everywhere else, just saying thanks,Also telling everyone to give them a try, and this wasn't my first time there , it's always been this great so I fig it is te to share

I just got off work my girlfriend and I decided we wanted to go to Subway I did not have a mask so she proceeded to go inside to order food I opened the door to tell her what I wanted and the Hispanic gal behind the counter told us that it’s against their policy for people to order from outside! We live in the neighborhood but will never patronize their establishment again due to their poor staff

I stopped at the fairwood Subway this morning before work and there business hours sign posted on there door said they opened at 9am. I walked in at 9:48am and was rudely stopped by the middle eastern man that was working at the time. As he proceeded to tell me he wasn’t opened and that I needed to read the sign. I said your business hours say your open and he yelled back we are not open. Generally business hours are posted for a reason and if for some other reason this man did not have his store open ontime then he could of politely told me that. He was very rude and I will never take my business to this subway ever again.

Terrible customer service, the staff here are so rude, the store design is great though but you not gonna get good customer service, doesn't recommend to anyone!
