So bad. Don’t waste you’re time. I don’t even know how they manage to make a sandwich this bad… won’t give you a cup for water. They cut the onion and tomatoes into small pieces. Not worth the $14 for a sandwich and chips.
This location does not accept coupons. Also, the posted closing hours of 10pm are hit or miss. I've gone there at 9:15pm and the door's been locked, lights off, no note or notification.Prices seem high. I know inflation is a thing these days, but not accepting coupons and charging $9.50 for a footlong seems wrong. I went in with a $10 bill and also a coupon, I was planning to get a footlong. I could not afford it with the $10, so I got a 6" instead.I likely won't go to this location again.
The employees here either really really hate their job or are just plain rude. Walked multiple times and said “hey how’s it going today” the workers didn’t even make eye contact stayed silent and said what do you want. I mean cmon you could at least make an effort to be nice haha. Overall the employees have no motivation or care about customer service. I don’t blame them though probably just bad management.
The food was good but hoping for better service next time.
DO NOT EAT HERE! If I could give this place negative Stars I would! He treats his employees like trash. The owner does not follow any of Subway's rules. He does not even allow the employees to clean and sanitize during covid. How this place a still open I will never know.. The health department needs to start doing some pop-ups over here!!

This store not only doesn’t honor coupons, or gift card that they give, but then I had placed an online order and was told that it would be ready in 20 min. I get there 15 min after the pickup time and was told that they had just ran out of bread. Which tells me that that they didn’t care to follow online orders, plus the number I was given to call and get my money back. Turned out to be another headache of me having to wait and contact my bank to cancel the charge instead of the business providing the refund. Really don’t like this subway, stay away!!
They just took my money online and when I got there they said they have no bread to make sandwiches for online orders and they did not offer a refund. And told him I wanted my food or I wanted my money back they told me to go to the credit card company I don't know how long that'll take to get back on my account for $60 worth of food but this is utterly ridiculous the employee did not tell the manager nor did they stop online orders from coming in this is not acceptable.
Dont take coupons and the lady making the sandwich was rude. Will never be coming back to this location.
Sandwich was good, employee had the personality of a post though.
