They make the best Coldbrew but why is the lobby always closed ?
the staff were kind but some guy named ronald at the front desk tried yanking my hair… i asked him to stop but he said he would only do it if i were to give him toenail pics. i told him no and asked for the manager but it turns out the manager quit this morning because apparently there were some rats they called “rattatouie’s friends” made a home in the corner of thd kitchen??? (i got this from ronald). About like five minutes later he went back to the front desk, i asked for a dragonfruit refresher but it turns out ronald didnt even work there, but the drink he gave me did taste good tho.(This story is fake plz dont sue me starbux)
They have excellent customer service but I’m giving 3 stars because this place has a habit of always being closed during “store hours”.
The staff here has immensely poor training.There drinks are rarely prepared properly, and they’re often dismissive about concerns.The drink ingredients they use are usually expired, and don’t dissolve properly, leaving particles in the liquids.
This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They guys in the window are always super nice but some of the girls I’m the front are not very welcoming. They are always out of something & Most times I’ve been here it’s made me late to work.
Not once but this is the second time I placed an order and did not get what I paid for. I ordered tall vanilla bean frappuccino with some Carmel drizzle all inside the cup AND with whip cream with extra Carmel drizzle on top of the whip cream and this is what I got.Something simple but can't seam to get it right. I am heading to work so I have no time to wait for another drink to be made. Customer service was great but what I ordered was not correct.Disappointed. This Starbucks is most convenient for me since it's close to work. Giving this 4star
I love my tall cookie crumble mocha frappe w/ caremel drizzle and mocha sauce . Thanks to the barista girl who made this tik tok drink a dream come true
Super sweet! Ordered the mobile ahead but as they were running behind i wasn't able to pick up my order(which was not there fault they were in a rush and were communicated with all in the store they were behind which was very nice). Came in later to see if i would be able to have my order and if not was willing to pay for it again(because i do understand that it was on me) but the miss at the front was super sweet and compped it. Didn't see her name tag but she was wearing a new york style starbucks sweater ??? made my day
The worst place I’ve ever experiencedI waited to get my food and coffee then when I got to the window she literally told me that she didn’t have change for $50 well now I’m late for work and I won’t be able to eat or drink coffee until my brake which is 5 hours awaythank you for ruining my day
I typically go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks location even though it's closest to my house. They have a bad habit of closing the lobby when they're short staffed while still allowing mobile pickup orders to be placed. Other locations will specifically disable mobile orders on the app when they can't support in-lobby pickup. Today was the fifth time this has happened in about two months. I regret it every time I give them an additional chance, they're consistently just really poorly managed.
