I have been here a couple times and this store has been close prior to actual closing time multiple times as I come. Although we showed up prior to the closing time, 8:30pm, doors were locked orders were ignored and window was being locked as I pulled up and the barista ran to the back so we don’t see them this is unprofessional and waste of time. I will be reaching out to this is not OK.
I am posting this again after the manager and her team harassed me, a vulnerable disabled Black woman. This has happened multiple times and has been exposed to social media including: TikTok, Twitter, and a private Renton facebook group.The ladies here have harassed me and called me names when I was in the drive thru. They were unaware that they were being heard in the intercom and that they were as such, being recorded. As much as I want to leak these videos out, I also understand that I do not want to harm peoples lives but I need them to be aware of what they have done to me. The manager here has hunged up on me, so has her team. They also have a ants in their syrups after I took a picture of their syrup upclose.
store got cancelled on twitter for being racist to their customers and deleting their own reviews. i highly recommend boona boona if you want meaningful coffee served. they never get alternative milks right thus if you are lactose intolerant prepare for the risk of life or death by drinking their lattes.1 star deducted - rude, racist manageranother star deducted for a racist team (shoutout to hailey for being the sweetest when we order through drive thru and going above and beyond. get it queen)another star deducted for their lack of safety in terms of drinks and pandemic protection

I am SICK and TIRED of this location. My mother came in and recieved the wrong milk. This may not seem a lot, but when you go above to pay for a more expensive beverage and even tip $5 just for this its a lot. Notice how all the highly liked reviews have been noted this store being really, really bad? Cause its true! The only redeeming place is the guys at the window make our day. Shoutout to Kevin and Josh for caring about us and ACTUALLY listening. Unlike the manager who doesn’t even showup to work every other day of the week. I don’t expect fast service, or things to be perfect in a pandemic. But when it happens consistently, then there is a problem that beeds to be fixed. Say goodbye to Sunset, and hello to Newcastle Commons! (which is, by the way, a really nicer store that doesnt have bugs by the way).Ask for a latte, you get this.
It is so bad I wanna give you a one, but my mouse won’t allow me to click on it so I am going to give you a two.Had to really make a review after I asked why there is mold on the food in display and why does my food taste strange only to realize they feed folks expired products.Don’t bother spending your money here. Their coffee is fine and standard but you got McDonalds across with better deals and food too. SO much better. Their sandwiches are insanely overpriced and their management is incredibly unprofessional the way they blame our complaints on the customer and fail to do anything. Gaslighting your consumers ?
Do NOT spend your hard earned money here. This place is HORRIBLE to their employees, making them visibly cry. Plus, the store is hardly ever open anyway! Why bother when you can support local coffee shops or the Starbucks two minutes away who is ACTUALLY open. By far the worst experiences I ever had. Jordan is a terrible, rude barista who must be reprimanded immediately.
I love my neighborhood Starbucks! The baristas are so great! My drinks always taste great! Love all the employees!

My favorite Starbucks. Always busy though. Staff are friendly. I usually go inside instead of drive through when business is really booming.
