The slowest starbucks ever! Was doing drive through. Took them amost 30 min to prepare my coffee ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️

*THIS LOCATION IS NEVER OPEN**It would be nice if Starbucks tried to to be consistent.The least you could do is update the online hours so customers are not wasting time driving here.*AM / PM the hours are all over the place.*

can you guys please keep your closing hours consistent?? you guys promised me 6:30pm, I get there, you guys have a note on the window saying sorry you closed at 3. the next day 4. when maps says your open. I go all the way there because it says it closes at 6:30pm. riiiighhhtttt. please keep up with the times on here at least

This store has been either closed often or closes mid afternoon. Most often the drive thru is closed and you need to go inside. My guess is this is due to employee shortage. I have empathy for employees right now.

The past year, this location is closes at random or isn't open several times throughout the month and runs out of items often. When operating, staff is always friendly and provide fast service.

I have been here about 5 times and they continuously tell me that they are having a “worldwide shortage” and that all of the stores are suffering. However, I’ve been to the nearby stores and those in other cities and states many times recently and no one else is having any issues supplying products. Today, we sat in the drive thru line for 15minutes with only 2 cars in front of us… and that was just waiting to place our order. Then, they repeated the order back wrong multiple times so we made sure they got it correct before we moved forward. When they gave us our coffee, it was made wrong so we asked for it to be fixed. They proceeded to educate us on “Starbucks standard” instead of fixing the drink. They gave us our food cold when it was clearly asked to be warm. And when we left, the cashier AND barista both passive aggressively told us to “have a great day” with the facial expressions and tone that actually may have implied that they wanted us to have a terrible day… ?‍♀️??‍♀️

Great preparation of the breakfast sandwich. Great job with my Matcha. I know sometimes that one is tricky. Thank you!

Staff is nice and quick when you order ahead but they recently have online ordering turned off and lobby closed multiple times a week. Quite frustrating as this is my local shop! Hopefully they can fix the issues as I missed out on many rewards by not being able to order ahead.

Took forever. Lines might look short, but the mobile orders is at a ratio of something like 7 to 1, so the line is deceptively long. Plus, every time I go to Starbucks, I just feel like I'm paying so much for a cup of coffee.
