Very clean and fast paced. The Baristas are pleasant and efficient and was served rather quickly
I order 3 cookie crumble frappe and whatThey gave me wasSomething different the worse service!!!!!
Employee tried to rip me off. Charged me $19 and change for two coffees. My card came back restricted, meaning my bank declined it because it was a fraudulent charge. I went to get cash, cane back, and another employee rang up the same coffees as $12 and change.
I was here a few days ago. The food & drinks were what was expected. When the register system went, we all had to wait for it to reboot. That was a little frustrating, but not their fault (power surge?). How the staff handled it was what impressed me. I was mostly wanting to get out if the way of the people in line behind me, but my transaction was incomplete. I owed $.14. Not a big deal to them or me, but I wanted to make sure it was completed & that my card balance didn't zero out or anything. (You never know with power surges.) When their system was back up, we finished the transaction & I got a big thanks from the staff. They kept their heads on straight, & kept the people in line informed of what was happening. Thankfully I didn't hear a single grumble.
Worst way to get new customers. I looked there was a highlight about the barista working and it said, " I don't like black cats". Since it was such a negative I chose not to purchase coffee there. Doesn't even sound like a good person when the thing they want to say a out themselves is a dislike. No money from me, I'll go to another Starbucks.
Great coffee and great staff. Loved the caramel machiatto.
Slow service with few customers in the store. I had to have them remake a drink because they used the wrong milk. Employees were complaining about having to work from 8am to 6pm. Won't be going there again.
I visited this Starbucks and i must say that is rally not in line with many others that I visited. Not customer oriented, i was not offered the receipt when I paid with my card. The bins where both full of cups and nobody offered to empty when I told them. No, this is awfull
