just had the sweetest customer service experience with a lovely barista, my only complaint is there wasnt a card tip option!! starbucks please let me tip your employees!!!! <3
Sometimes there peppermint mocha doesn’t taste right I go to other ones and it’s perfect I had to throw a couple of them out because they don’t taste right I don’t like going to different Starbucks just to get a good one
If could put 0, I would. Today was the first time I've ever had a bad service or treated so rudely at this Starbucks. I went in my friend got a coffee. Then I ordered a drink. When i paid the counter person ask for to see vax app. It was to go, shr never asked dine in or take out. She never asked my friend or the person behind me. Her name was Cattlin.
Coffee is always good and staff is awesome. However decided to play Friends by BTS today you deserve a raise! 보라해 아미 ?
Very nice starbucks. My drinks are always good. Staff is very friendly and will remake a drink if its not to your liking and are very courteous about making it right.
Asked for a venti black coffee, I got it but iced. Spent 20 mins in the drive threw just to get a cold drink.. literally.

I made it just in time today! They were closing early. The baristas were very helpful and kind. The order was perfect.
Lately has been closed or drive thru only during normal business hours. Does not matter if you order inside or drive thru, this is NOT fast coffee. After the 7th incident of this, and as a commuter to work, I thought I'd share with those who need coffee on the go. This is NOT the place to go.
