I never do reviews, but I need to say this. As a former employee of Sharetea, I really don’t understand why my strawberry blend had no flavor at all. It’s THREE ingredients. I ordered other black milks as well, but all of them had different sugar levels which is shocking because all of them were regular sweetness. Employees were rude and cared more about their own conversations in comparison to their customers. What’s also shocking is that they’re under the same management as Tukwila. This Sharetea needs to better.
Love their taro pearl milk tea! For a chain, they are really good, and consistent quality location to location. I like the Landing location because parking is easy and there’s usually not too long of a wait.
Went to order fresh milk tea that comes with tapioca, pudding and herb jelly. I asked to remove the tapioca to prevent my son from choking on it since we’re sharing a drink. The simply refused to remove it and stated it’s their company policy that they can’t modified drinks. Heck you do it all day long! Not coming back again.
Hi!This was at the landing ShareTea branch in Renton, WA.I just wanted to share a disappointing experience.I went to sharetea in the landing today to use a gift card to buy two drinks. When I ordered and tried to use it, I was told that due to a system change, that a gift card can only be used with a manager present. They then told me a manager is not on site right now.1. Why is there no manager at the branch? Especially if they’re the ONLY people who can process gift card payments? It’s fine that the system has been changed, but it’s not reasonable that my gift card is not being accepted because of that and that a manager is not there to process it as well. The ShareTea gift cards can only be used at one branch and the one I have can only be used at the Renton landing branch. What was the point of me even buying the gift card then?! How am I supposed to time when the manager will be there to be able to use my gift card??I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to never buy a gift card from here again.What makes it worse is that the only reason we drove out there in the rain was to use the gift card. It was highly disappointing that we couldn’t even use it and the experience that we had.It makes no sense! Please do better from now on.

was looking for boba around the area and found this place and decided to check it out! it was such a clean little facility and definently worth the wait.
This was once the best milk tea place in Renton.When the twins owned it, drinks tasted great, the place was clean and service was quick.Unfortunately the place has taken a downhill turn. The drinks are overly powdery, the floors are sticky and the customer service is so blah.No matter what if you order multiple drinks something us goi g to get messed up.
Stopped by for a quick drink while visiting Renton. It's a small space without any sitting area inside. Several people were having their drinks outside in the shopping plaza. There were about 5 people in line, but the line moved quickly. There's standing room while you wait for your drinks. From the time to standing in line to receiving my drink was no more than 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Ordered a Wintermelon with fresh milk and a Taro Pearl Milk tea. Both were really good, but I slightly preferred the Wintermelon simply because it's not as common. The Taro Pearl Milk tea had the option of hot/cold, but the Wintermelon was only served cold. I'd feel comfortable ordering other drinks if these were representative of the quality and taste of the rest.
Decent boba with a crazy fast barista. While I was telling the cashier my order she was already behind the counter making it... And by the time I was done paying my drink was already there. Not sure if that was amazing or just kinda spooky but it came out as expected
Love to stop by this boba tea shop after dinner near the area. Good boba teas and fast services.
