Such a delicious option for lunch!
Summary: The food is good, but despite an online order I waited for 25 minutes in the store.The food was excellent! Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. I hope this was just my experience but I thought I would share it either way. I placed an online order at 10:20 am this morning. Their online interface told me that the order would be ready at 10:40. I arrived at the store just before this. After talking briefly with an employee at the register, she got distracted and I waited at the register for five minutes. I had to ask her if she wanted me to pay because she had handed me the product and then walked away to do something else. There were only two employees and they seemed to be kinda busy (there were me and three other people in the store with bigger orders). This doesn’t change the fact that all the other in person orders were served before me, and when it was my turn to be served, the employee who helped me at the register looked confusedly at me, walked over the the other employee and talked to them for a minute before walking back and opening a fridge underneath the counter which had my already completed order in it. She handed it to me and I finally left. It was 11:05 when I finally left the store. Aside from the quality of the food, and the fact that they had the sense to put online orders in a fridge I can’t recommend the service or soft skills of the employees. Definitely don’t place an online order because they will have you wait until they finish serving the other customers.
I love this place! I have severe dietary restrictions and this is the only smoothie place I can find somewhat near me that can accommodate my needs. I get the acai blueberry bowls with oat milk (try adding a mango base-yum) and it is sooo good. They also always follow my requests for most of the toppings to be removed no problem. Thank you guys!
The avocado toast was nice and spicy but they asked how much Sriracha I wanted. The juices are tasty! Great place to get healthy fast food!

I'm so happy there's a healthy food place by me! I wanted to order everything, but I got the nutella bread without bananas and extra strawberries and it was so good! Thank you for coming to Fairwood!!!
Delicious, fresh smoothie!
Stopped in to check out the menu and ended up ordering the Caribbean Superfood Bowl. It was delicious! The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quickly. Can’t wait to go back and try the other options like the PB and Chocolate Smoothie!
Love Refresh House, this place is great! Always have a great experience when I visit here. Very friendly staff and super quick service! Also, very affordable prices and also very clean! Give em a try, would definitely recommend! 10/10
Wonderful smoothies, smoothie bowls, and toast! Also enjoyed their classic juice cleanse. Everything is so healthy and fresh!
