Any burger And the bottomless fries
Foods are ok. But service was really bad. The guy stood in the front just randomly picked people at the door, asked their name and brought them in, instead of calling the the people from the list. So people who got in later than us got seated first. We are the last. When my husband kindly brought up the issue, he rolled his eyes on us. We talked to the manager, she said what he did was the protocol - to randomly picked people at the door instead of looking at the list. Then, when we get seated, the waitress spilled our drinks on our pants. They just wiped the table and forgot about the napkins. Pants wet and nobody cares. That’s how our Mother’s Day got ruined. I won’t recommend anyone to come to this location.
After waiting 10 minutes on hold, I spoke with someone that was very rude and short with me. I did curbside pick up, on a very rainy night. Not only was the order not fully complete but I did not receive any condiments or utensils that I had asked for. Very disappointing experience. I usually love Red Robin. Not today!! Oh! I forgot to mention I tried to use the automated system and it would not understand what I was ordering.
My boyfriend and I went there for our anniversary tonight and it was by far the worst service we ever got at red Robin. It wasn't crowded and it seemed like a chill night(Arrived 7:45pm) Took 20 minutes to get a waiter to take our order, we were so hungry we ordered what we usually get and then we finally got our drinks and waited for our food for 30 minutes. Didn't get out bottomless fries we ordered and so we're sitting there starving.. 8:30 we get our food . Both meals cold... It's cold my boyfriend asks for our fries a different server says we will get them right now. . spoiler we never got them our original server we see in the bar and just talking away with other servers and at 9:00 he finally comes our way. He just give him cash and just leave... Our night was completely ruined. Red Robin in Renton do better that was by far the worst service and after that we won't be coming back.
I have always been a big fan of Red Robin but tonight things changed. So our food was very good and fresh but our server was not good. He would check on other parties around the bar but not once checked on my party. Also he would refill water for others but not for me again. Maybe he needs to get more training or ask for a back up. That is not right especially in a customer service role. Like how do you expect to get a tip if your service is so whack. In the end, good food but bad service this time.
Food quality good but pickup is never done even close to time shows for online pickup, wait 15 minutes after and then hope is still done.In this case again not done after 15 minutes from expected pickup time.Hostess checked a couple times then they brought out 6 orders, so my order was sitting there for a while since by time got to car my fries were really cold.
Food was all very good but we had small issues with two of the burgers. The whiskey burger was in the container for the bonzie burger and it had the pattie in it that was for the bonzie. The bonzie had the same issue being in the wrong containers with the wrong pattie. We did really like the new drink for everyone thing they have, we got the poppin purple lemonade and it was delicious.
Its been a minute since I have been to Red Robin with my fam. We arrived during the back end of dinner rush and seating was quick. As we sat down, we waited for about four minutes and were greeted by our waitress Asher. Very pleasant and quick-footed. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. She was on top of it, was possibly another two minutes and the bartender came out with drinks. We sat for another minute and she was back with the appetizer, pretzel bites. The bites were baked with a side of melted cheese (gone in sixty seconds, lol!) We ordered our dinners and Asher made good observations and suggestions. I finished my rootbeer float (yummm) and in five minutes my children's meals were on the table. Now thats service! The munchkins were content, yay! We waited another five or six minutes and our dinner arrived on the table. Our waitress was the only one visible on our side of the restaurant. She had probably six or seven other tables and was managing them all like a boss! Waiting, serving and bussing her own tables. We saw two other employees casually visit other tables but the majority of time we were there it was Asher (our waitress) and the bartender holding the fort. The dine-in experience was memorable and we shared our gratitude verbally to her. She is very humble. Thank you for a pleasant experience we will be back again!
My husband and I went to dinner January 27th, 2022. I personally wasn't expecting much, because the last time (several years ago) I was dining at the Landing Red Robin it just wasn't great. Maybe a "C". But, that was pushing it.BUT!!!! On January 27th, 2022. I was like what the heck! Since it was my birthday month I was receiving a free burger, I was like let's give them another shot.I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED HOW BEYOND GREAT EVERYTHING WAS!!!!José was our server. He was fantastic! All the staff worked as a TEAM!!! I couldn't believe I was actually at a Red Robin. Our food was HOT and FRESH!!!! It takes a little more than average to impress me. We always hear the bad things, that's why I wanted to shout out a wonderful experience!!!!Very impressed!!!Since, we had such a wonderful experience, we are dinning there tonight. ???
Our late lunch dine in was great. Haven't been to this location since the pandemic. That's how long it has been. Foods and services was great.
