OH BOY. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED.TOO LATE I'VE ALREADY BEGUN.This place. No sandwich shop pulls my heart strings like this one. I've been all over the US. I've been to cute little deli style sandwich shops and cafes. I've been to Quiznos. I've been to Subway and Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's.I don't know about the other locations but I freaking love this Renton location. Never a bad experience. Not too fancy, and not too boring. Priced just right.The meatball sub is my go to. Add some hot peppers and the sandwich bites back.I LOVE YOU, STAFF OF RENTON POTBELLY
Potbelly either raised their standards or the employee that helped me just did a really good job. Always love the hot peppers too and bought a jar on my way out. Was a delicious meal before my shift! Definitely will be back.
Very good sandwich shop, with cookies and shakes. Hot peppers are my favorite.
I ordered the pizza melt sandwich with a side farmhouse salad. The sandwich was super tasty but the bread was extremely crunchy. It hurt to bite into it.
I’ve been to this location three times and it’s always a horrible experience. The employees are so rude and one of them always had rude smart answer remarks. Im super polite and respectful so there’s no reason to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS like that. The employees can’t be bothered with extras like soup or adding something cause they visibly get upset. Sandwiches are great but the employees are rude. Quit if you don’t want to be there
I worked here once. Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Management here was terrible and after getting injured I was harassed by the manager that was there. Who then proceeded to swear at my doctor who said I shouldn’t be working. I tried to quit because I was being treated very poorly and I got fired instead. HR was no help. Couldn’t even get a hold of them.
The cooks and servers were thorough and helpful. They got the order right. The food tasted really good!
Came here for years, but stopped after the last visit. A visibly angry employee stopped helping the only other customer in the store so he could rudely tell my 7-month pregnant wife to leave because she brought in an outside sandwich to eat with me. Probably won’t be back.
Their Mediterranean sandwich is delicious and tasty. It is topped with hummus, artichoke, cheese and varieties of other toppings like- Italian seasoning, cucumber, onions, hot peppers, tomatoes, mustard, mayo and all.The sandwich had substantial amount of hummus so if you choose to have like Meatless Mediterranean Sandwich it would be still filling for you tummy.
Good sandwich. The Italian is solid. The meatball tends to be a bit dry so make sure to ask for extra marinara. Others that I've had were forgettable.
