I ordered $52 worth of food. When I received my food (drive through) I pulled forward and discovered that they shorted me one spicy chicken sandwich. I pulled into the parking lot and walked into the restaurant. I handed them my receipt, pointed out that they shorted me a sandwich. After 10 minutes they came back and told me “It will be awhile” for the sandwich.At this point, I had $45 worth of chicken in my car getting colder by the minute. Since they didn’t seemed con concerned about offering my money back, I wanted to get my food home.By the time I got it home, no warmth left. I wasted $52. BEWARE
Boy oh boy I love me some popeyes.....but this one takes forever to get your food. No matter what you do expect a 30 minute wait at least. Popeyes is so delicious but the drive through line is usually 15 cars deep. During the pandemic you couldn't go Inside so even when you ordered online you had to wait for carpool to pick up your food.This particular location is not the most clean sometimes.Staff see. To turnover and sometimes they are short staffed so that seems to contribute to the long line issue.
I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and I got spicey chicken sandwich and it did not have sauce, and I ordered a kids meal and it came with no toy. I asked them to separate the spicy chicken in a box by it self (twice) and they still put it in the same box as the mild chicken. All that after waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes.
I can't believe that I just waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes to get grease infused, burnt and undercooked chicken.The prices increased and the quality decreased. Hard biscuits- The chicken tastes as if the grease is old! It is burning our nostrils. I expect this from KFC but never Popeyes- OMGGGGG!!!
Literally waited for an hour in the drive thru just to be treated extremely rudely when asking for rice as a side. The worker literally told me "do you not know what you want? Others are in line". Excuse you but I waited in your drive thru for a literal hour because you're all to slow, do not try and rush me once I get to the menu. Horrible staff. Didn't even give us straws for our drinks or any napkins. Highly recommend any other location.
U guys have the most ghetto,unprofessional workers working in your establishment! It makes no sense how they all act like they have no home training at that window! They never get orders right and always goofing off everytimeI come there. Service is very poor want better reviews higher adults and not kids.
Popeyes chicken is the best chicken you can ever get. It is so delicious and so much better than KFC.The biscuits are so delicious, crispy and buttery. The chicken is tender, juicy and crispy. The mashed potatoes with gravy are heaven sent and finally the mac and cheese is so cheesy, creamy and so delicious. The only downfall is that there's always a huge line when I go there.But I rather go there then any other place. Because that just tells me that it's so very delicious and better than KFC, and any another chicken place that everyone wants it and has to have it.It's my favorite place to go for chicken and Southern style food. ?Truthfully always,Sandy
I waited half and hour on the drive thru, just for the employee to said that they only had 2 chicken burgers left. I know that’s a lie, just lazy people not trying to work. There was also like 10 more cars behind me. If you guys sold out say something instead of us waiting for everyone to go thru the drive thru.1/9/2022 time 8:40pmDon’t you guys closed at 10.???
Drive through only even for mobile order pickup! The line is huge and you could wait up to 1H to get you food! Crazy inefficient.
Was I line over a hour just for them to say they were out of chicken by the time I got to order. (It seemed like they were stalling the cars because they were all out of chicken to be honest, I have never been in a line over a hour for Fast Food!) All they had was chicken sandwiches so I ended up getting 2 of them & one of them the bread was so hard to the point I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. I understand its almost closing but I’m upset I spend my money on some food I couldn’t even eat!! (You can see in the picture the bite mark that I couldn’t even bite into the sandwich after the second bite I tried to take.) By far the worst experience I’ve had at Popeyes..
