Please refer to special request section before sending out for delivery. I asked for both pies to be cut into squares (even reflected on the receipt), but neither was cut as asked. Otherwise, the rest of the order was perfect.
Store was under staffed. Felt bad for the guy working. Pizza dough was over proofed. toppings were very sparse. Had a 3 topping pizza and toppings were lacking so much, some slices only had 2 toppings.
One of my pizzas did not have the meat on it that it was supposed to. When I called to complain I was hung up on 3 different times. So better training and customer service would be nice.
The quality of the pizza itself was very poor. It was very dry had very little sauce, and the four corner pieces had no toppings it was just a whole corner piece of crust. But delivery guy was very friendly, had no issues with service just withe the quality of pizza
The staff and the quality of the pizza were great. Just wish you would add the crust flavors back, the crust tastes great but needs a bit more seasoning when there is no sauce or cheese.
Delivery was great. The regular pizzas were great. The gluten free pizza was overcooked and had 1.5 to 2 inches of crust all the way around the edge that had nothing on it. It was nearly $20 for the pizza, with barely anything on it and the crust was overcooked and rock hard.
Boneless wings had very little sauce, and the sauce was broken. The sauce on the pizza was not spread out, it was all next to the crust, making the middle area hard and chewy. The garlic sauce for the crust was left off completely. The driver forgot 2 additionally paid for marinara sauces. The driver did not read delivery instructions, and had to call to be told he was at the wrong door.
My order was completely wrong. I had the wrong flavor wings and I got normal crust instead of stuffed crust. Very disappointing.
Order was ready exactly at the time we specified and the pizza was very very good. Had just the right amount of sauce and toppings. Actually looked like the picture. Many pizza places the picture looks great and then when you get it it looks nothing like the pic. Great job Pizza Hut in Renton on 108th.
Keep striving to make improvements. Good customer service and making sure the orders are correct and cooked properly...
