The pizza was good. Bread sticks weren't cut, but left in perforated slabs... No big deal, just inconvenient. The store interior was clean, but the outside was strewn with litter and some scattered broken glass. I'd driven past several times previously and was under the impression it was out of business as the exterior of the location was so dilapidated.
I ordered a Stuffed Crust pizza last night. The Renton, WA Pizza Hut did an outstanding job. There was no scrimping on any of the toppings sauce or cheese. I arrived for carryout just as it came out of the oven. Everything was perfect.In contrast another (closer) Pizza Hut did not perform to the same standards.
This is inedible. The cheese has no flavor, the garlic parmesan sauce tastes like it has no salt (I didn't even taste garlic to be honest), the dough was undercooked and flavorless, and their mini cinnimon buns were undercooked, and obviously got cooked in the microwave. In fact, they were sent to me in the same container they were likely sitting in at the back of their freezer. If I could give a 0/5, I would.Don't eat here. This is seriously not pizza.
When I ordered online I ordered a 2liter soda, only for it to be removed from the bill after perches, and given zero reason as to why. I only received the pizza I ordered, and soda removed as if I never ordered it. One of the pizzas quality was off. It was a little charred, and it was a left/right pizza. One side being cheese, and the cheese side was cut too small, and not even, as well as meat from the other side was on one of the cheese slices cooked in.
The pizza did not seem fresh and I picked it up 15 min after the order. I asked for extra sauce on pizza and it did not seem to have this. Pizza quality for what i have had in the past for Pizza Hut was very poor.
Our cinnamon rolls were very doughy, but we were very satisfied with the other food, delivery, and the fact you guys were even delivering food in with road conditions!! Thank you
Pick up is usually on point. Delivery is where it goes sideways. I only pick up now so it's nice and hot. We stick to pizza and cinnastix. Cinnabon desserts make me gag for real.
The food was very good and arrived quickly, but the price- OUCH! $6 delivery fee for PIZZA!? Pizza has always been a delivery service! Then on top of that, the website calculated the tip AFTER TAX AND DELIVERY FEE so it was inflated, but I felt weird about lowering it. So I won't be doing delivery again, but the food itself was great.
The pizza was just as I ordered it. The crust was perfect and not soggy.
I asked for extra sauce and extra toppings, I assumed that my pizza would be cooked long enough to accommodate the modifications I made. My pizza was soggy, and we were unable to pick up the individual slices because of how sloppy and saucy the pizza was. The best part of the order was the wings... and bread sticks. I paid $50 for subpar pizza. And that is being generous.
