Not recommendable poor customer service, I ordered half n half meat lovers and pineapple the pizza that got delivered is ham/ cheese and pineapple I don’t know if they understand English or they just dumb employees. They even put me on hold for 30 minutes just to talk to the manager who can make a decision if I can get a refund or change my order which I never got a chance to talk cause I got tired of waiting.
Pizza was not what I ordered. When they remade it, it didn't appear done... Personel talking about all the other orders that were not correct and used expletives when telling co-workers about mistakes reported ?
I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years. The pizzas have gotten smaller. Staff is very polite.
if i could give it zero stars i would... have tried to order several times from here... ITS NOT LGBTQ FRIENDLY . I am trans and its usually sent to the wrong address. It has to be run by muslims. Feel free to sue me as i will sue them for sending it to the wrong address again and again.
Cheese only pizza should have more cheese than base cheese for topping based pizza. There is a spec on the spec chart for cheese only. Just got the base cheese for a pizza with toppings. Very bare.
The Pizza, breadsticks, and pasta we ordered were great and very on point. We actually recomended it today to our family. The boneless wings that were garlic parmesean had nearly to now sauce, was runny, was hoping for something better since ive never had them before and was excited to try them since im new to pizza hut and have been enjoying it since my husband has said its his favorite and I finally gave in and tried it.
If I could give zero I would the pizza was very nasty with no seasonings. The brownie was a little undercooked but tasted good. The mini Cinnabon's tasted like Pillsbury frozen cinnamon rolls really disappointed. I will stick my Pizza Gallery in Burien delicious every time.
Staff are overworked. Order was completely screwed up and they are too busy to fix it. I have now spent money on a meal I don't want. I understand that the employees are struggling, and that isn't fair to them. However, I don't have the ability to spend money on whole unappetizing meals just to have to order from somewhere else. I will not be ordering from here again.
Ordered a pizza yesterday and some breadsticks. Spent my hard earned money only to get a pizza with burnt mushrooms and banana peppers on it. They didn’t even give a thing of marinara sauce for the breadsticks. Highly disappointing. Don’t go to the Pizza Hut on Ranier Ave. S.
Lovely pizza and delicious too for when you need something quick for the family to eat. Like most businesses, they are short staffed and doing the best they can to get orders out on time. It appears to be extra work for them to do curbside pickup, so if you have a few extra seconds it can be faster to pick up.
