The food was average. Pabla special Biryani was not as good as expected considering it was a specialty with the restaurant name on it. It was more of a veg pulao.Sweets were awesome especially chum chum and jalebi. But if you like Jalebi crispy and hot, this might not be the place.. as here they serve it cold.I did took a tour of Indian store and found few regular things pricier than other Indian stores in the area. They are still take out only. Dine in still not open yet which the guy failed to mention on phone when we checked about it being open before starting.. a genuine miscommunication, I guess!!All in all a decent Indian place to go to.
If you are on the fence about where to get dinner... go here. It is SOOOOOOOO FREAKING DELICIOUS!! Look, good Indian food is fairly easy to find. But this place is not just good, they are beyond incredible!! I got my order in 20 minutes before they closed and I was kind of expecting rather just okay food because that is what one gets often enough in these unfortunate situations. But not this place. They made me the most delicious feast ever. Perfectly spiced, not too hot, not bland, what needed to be crisp was crisp what needed texture had texture, the sauces were just right and perfect, not overly cooked and then blended into a soulless paste... the rice had form, the mushrooms cooked but not at all floppy, the peppers had body. I am writing this between bites of their Special Biryani and with every bite I am wondering how it is possible that it is this perfect?!?! Quite simply, Pabla may just be the best Indian food I have ever tasted. I do not live in Seattle but I pass through every so often and Pabla is 100% going to be a place that I go out of my way to order from. They are just that good.
Always great food.I'm always stuffed after having lunch at this place. The food doesn't need meat. It's so good that I always shop in the store after having a delicious meal so I can have some of those flavors come home with me.
We drive almost an hour just to get their Indian chips they sell at the grocery store! There are 5 kinds of the IndianLife chips I think, and theyre all good but I like the red one the best. The restaurant that is attached to it is also decent, I think it's family owned, they said they got so busy after covid that theres not enough staff for all the customers to open for dine in/buffet, the last time I checked. I really hope their buffet opens soon! Owner was super friendly. Also another thing I liked was that everything they sell is vegetarian! Still tasted just as good or better than meat curry. Im glad we found an Indian grocery store that we like because we love Indian food.
The grocery store has good frozen foods.
Great food, super inexpensive and they were friendly and helpful! My new favorite place in Seattle!
Very well organised, neat and tidy, stocks generally for the food habits of North Indian community. I feel that the items are slightly over priced.
This used to be one of our go to spots but after moving over an hour away we haven’t been here for over two years. Planned to visit today for a special birthday celebration and even confirmed they were still open and the hours were the same, however, after driving an hour and meeting friends at the restaurant we find a sign in the door saying it is now TAKE OUT ONLY. This was specified nowhere online, on Google or their website. Unfortunately, the best thing this place has to offer is their lunch buffet, without that I would not recommend this place over others. I really hope this is addressed so that others don’t show up at the restaurant only to be disappointed.
Great paneer tikka masala and naan must recommend..they can try to make their samosa better.
Please update your web/Google profile to show that the restaurant is no longer in service. Will save us all commute time. Overall well over priced groceries.
