Hot milk tea with pudding.I didn't like the Factoria, Bellevue location and thought I'd try here in East Renton, but it still isn't great. Just okay. The tea must be old because I never get served hot, it is always barely warm.I've rather goto Share Tea at the landing.

The brown sugar milk tea tasted like something out of a can from an asian grocery store, for $6!!!! Skip this place
I like this place. Great place to pick up a Bubble Tea or Egg Waffle. Friendly staff and have never had a bad drink here.
The boba is really soft and chewy! The Milk tea is really good.The egg waffle is ok, maybe need more milk and eggs. It tasted more sugar than other flavors.

Try something new for a change. I had a drink with red beans today. Yep. Red beans. It was perfectly sweet and really refreshing. If you don't like it, Starbucks is close by, in QFC. You can always go back to the latte life. The store was clean and neat inside. Slight hint of preschool decor. This place is kid friendly and was not too busy. Plenty of parking on this block. The actual drink containers are better than average and it included a premium red drink stopper, that sort of snapped in, which is a nice touch.
It's honestly, just alright. Even with a cold drink, their boba is always warm. Makes it not as appealing as it could be.
