Visited Ono Teriyaki today with a friend. First words out of HIS mouth was, "you want to go right?" Rude! I ignored that interaction, placed my togo order after I paid he TOLD me rudely to wait outside! I watched him mean mug the next customer (African American kid) took his order and his money then RUDELY said wait outside. I was outside but I read the body language of the kid like I did he couldn't belive what he just heard. Then he said I will bring out to you. 10 minutes. I need to mop my floor (1 hour before close). This is the last time I patronize this horrible man and his expensive food and I work next door. Don't patronize establishments that think you need them and they can treat you any kind of way. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, this is just a fundamental personality trait, he is just not a nice person. He needs to sell the place if he doesn't want to be there. He is a miserable owner. I pay for quality food and customer service

good food but the way he treats homeless is absolutely disgusting. the homeless man (who purchased from him) was treated horribly and the employee/ owner whoever it was had no shame treating him that way in front of other customers. will not eat here again.

They are OK. I didn't care for the fried teriyaki, I will stick to the grilled chicken. They remind me of Toshio's on Rainier. The man is a bit gruff but the lady is real nice. I probably will go back.

It's 14 bucks and the meat tasted either under cooked or slightly burnt. I'd prefer slightly burnt. Not my first choice if I had the option to go somewhere else.

The best teriyaki I've had in Renton. The crispy chicken is amazing. Definitely worth the indulgence. Fast and friendly service!

Best teriyaki I’ve ever had, super fresh and fast service. Definitely will be a repeat customer and recommend to anyone

Don't come here hungry it's quality over quantity you know you're going to spend at least 15 to $16 on meat entrees I got chicken breast katsu it was a little dry I just wanted more flavor but I give it a four just because I was hungry if I actually savored the food they don't get a five but I will try it again to try something else but it was made fresh so I'm happy with that

Great traditional teriyaki. They don't skimp on anything. It was all fresh and delicious. Had the chicken.. came with fresh sticky rice and I loved the salad dressing on the salad. Good egg roll also !! Enough food for at least 2 meals for me.

Salad was really fresh; just the right amount!Rice was soft and fluffy. The chicken and beef were super tender and delicious!!

4 stars because the owner could be more friendly, but the spicy crispy chicken teriyaki makes up for it. I drive from Edmonds to get it and it's worth it every time!
