Don’t bother there are plenty of other places this place inside Uwajimaya is as accurate as the low star reviews here. It’s just not good and you can get better at another tea shop.
I stopped coming here because the guy who works there is extremely rude. I gave this place a few chances thinking he was having a bad day, but based on the other reviews, he obviously lacks customer service skills. The bubble tea isn’t that great anymore. I rather go to Sharetea at the Landing instead! Better quality drinks and much friendlier staff. They're always helpful without giving customers an attitude for no reason, unlike this ghetto establishment. ? Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. You deserve to be treated with kindness and better quality drinks!

This place always out of tapioca and still charge you full price for the drink that most like only cost like $ 2-3 without the tapioca this place just don’t even care the guy who works here is very rude also.
