Cauliflower crust was shockingly good! Loading up with spicy marinara, vegetables and cheese, spicy mustard sauce, and balsamic. The only downside was that I added the beyond meat which change the texture. Next time I'll get one without but it was still delicious! Great quick service. I would love to visit this location again
Need a new store manager. This ones an a$$hole who clearly hates his job. Made unnecessary smarta$$ comments. Making annoyed faces for no reason at guests. Treating his employees like they're dumb. When I got my pizza I was opening the box and asked for ranch on the top...he snatched the box aggressively. Not a good vibe. Mod pizza is usually a fun chill vibe that welcomes everyone. Def didn't feel that. The actual people working did great though. Friendly. Pizza was good. I'm only giving the store manager experience/vibe here a 1 star.
We went here for the first time. The place was nice and clean, and did not take long at all. We took our pizzas home. We were also suprised on how many toppings we can put on.
Brought the boys and bought three pies (1 gutten free and 2 regular). Employee was patient and super helpful building out the pies. We came around 4:30pm so there was one other customer in front of us. I like the dining area, lots of windows, lots of light, and clean. The only section that was not clean was the drink dispensers that needed some attention. I'm super happy that this MOD Pizza location opened up.They also have limited outdoor seating with umbrellas.Parking is plenty but be forewarned, the line for the Starbucks Coffee can get long and block you from entering the parking. You may have to park on the other side closer to Ace Hardware and walk across the drive through lane.Cheers!
I was the last customer before they closed and was treated as if they were open for many to go (no rushing my decisions). The pizza "creator" was very helpful in describing some of unknown toppings. He shared his opinions and made ordering feel more than like assembly line food. Check out Mod Pizza if you have never been. Highly recommend for a different twist on pizza.
Great location and awesome employees working here! Everyone was super nice & helpful, and they all work together as a perfect team!!Pizzas were also done quite quickly, which was amazing, considering how VERY busy it was. And last but not least, our pizzas (and salad) were delicious!!! Thanks everybody, we will be back!!!?
Extremely busy when we walked in, and the line moved quickly. It continued to be busy as we ate. The line kept moving.How do they make pizzas that fast? I know it says "super fast" on the building but I didn't believe it until I seen itFairwood is a better place with a MOD pizza.Props to the awesome crew of F-Wood MOD. If they don't pay you well, let me know and I will raise hell
I live MOD and have had it at multiple locations in my area but, this location is horrible. I've ordered from them 6 different times and only once have I received food that is decent. My pizza either shows up burnt, or completely under cooked. I have done delivery, Curbside, and in store pickup, same result each time. The one time I went in, the front employee just stared at me and did that until the 2nd employee who was cooking finally turned around and was like, "oh hi". Management here needs to fix their staff.
Super busy, but they were on top of it.
We ordered three pizzas tonight and all of them comes with heavy toppings,no doubt but the crust was super soggy.We usually order from Newcastle Mod pizza,never got any complaints.Tried this one as newly opened and near to our location.Never gonna order again from this location.I will recommend everyone to go extra mile if not want to ruin your evening.
