I was here at 11 am so it was not busy. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon. What I got was a piece of meat that clearly was not a quarter pound and NO BACON. I have eaten quarter pounders enough to know what they should look like. The only thing they got right was the no pickles. They squeezed a bunch of ketchup on it, added literally 3 pieces of onion on it. I used the drive thru and the young woman at the window that hands you food, didn't speak one word to me, just handed me my bag and turned away.
The staff who took my order was super rude. I just ordered a kid meal for my daughter around 6:30pm today and he/she never responded. Been waiting for few minutes while she’s still taking orders from the other lane. Driving up to the window because I didn’t know what to do ( and few more cars waiting behind me), I said that he/she's not finished taking my order. Without sorry or at least giving a reason for the impolite interruption, he/she just simply asked what I want (didn’t even look at me). How rude she was???If you do not satisfied with your job, do something else instead of being rude to your customer. Used to work in the customer service industry, I know it’s never been easy. But the way you was trained and your attitude is unacceptable.Thank you for the food though!
Curbside pickup is a joke-- don't bother with it. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers. After waiting 15 minutes and still no sign of anyone delivering, I left.Drive-through is slow enough but would have been much faster than using the mobile app. Just deleted it from my phone.
Been here for 10 years, always optimistic and always disappointed. Happy meals are always missing either the toy or dessert or fries. Horrible service, reached out to the owner and was ghosted. Never been in a drive through for 30+min until I started going here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The location near Fred Meyer is suuuuuuper fast and friendly, worth the extra 5min drive.
This is my favorite McDonald's to go to - it's closeby and all the employee's are super friendly. I feel like that's an important factor when you're talking about a chain restaurant. They're food is regularly hot and stocked. There was a time where they wouldn't stock sweet tea past 9 pm but that's over.Food here is standard. But you can always expect good service at this location!
I came to this mc Donald almost 2 twice a week this time the manager on night shift on the day March 23/2022 @ 5:30pm she was very rude I polity repeat my order instead of helping me waiting with 3 kids she was helping others customers passing 3 customers so I have to wait 10 min and she was very unprofessional I ask her name she can't provide me that why I have put time and date so mc Donald can take action on this kind behavior from Manager big corporation company
At 10PM, tried to go get some food due to my starvation. Drive thru was closed an HOUR BEFORE 11PM. RIDICULOUS
Horrible Customer Service!Austin the manage looked at me with disgust when I asked him for fresh fries he then took the fries and just reheated them at least thats what they tasted like when we got a new batch back. I did NOT appreciate his actions. I know what fresh fries taste like!!!
They don't have your mobile, or doordash orders radio when they ate suppose to. The so called manager Loren is a joke!!!!! ??? Thru are slow in the morning,noon,and night !!!!!
The staff is super friendly or it would be 1 star.I like to treat my kids to the occasional McDonalds but at this location have consistently spent 20-25 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Im not sure that even constitutes “fast food” at that point.
