My previous review remains accurate. Quality of food and service will depend on the crew working at the time. One day my order is perfect with hot and delicious food, the next day my order is totally botched with missing items and food itself is not good. I've noticed that the A team typically will be working during very busy shifts like lunch and dinner times and the food is hot and fresh. That's not to say I haven't had good luck late in the evening too. Inconsistent quality and service unfortunately. This is still my go to location regardless.
I usually just get fries, hotcakes, and bacon here. The fries aren't salty enough, the hotcakes are good, and the bacon is hit-or miss (somethimes you'll get a piece that doesn't crisp up like it should.).There aren't any issues with the customer service here, but the food definitely needs some work.

The lady who was working the window was very nice and patient, made an overall slightly frustrating experience after getting the wrong order and not realizing until after I got home just that much better by being friendly
This was my second visit, First I was not treated very well, I was just about to be issued with someone else order and we're not giving enough time to express myself but fortunately I was with the person I was supporting.
Update:I gave them another chance. Got home, no chicken nuggrts in the bag. It was on the receipt, dipping sauce in the bag, but no nuggets. When will I learn to stick with the location on 4th and stay away from the Sunset location.Incompetent restaurant. Don't go to this location.
You'd think with the rise is prices the food would have better quality. Nope yall put way to much sauce on your sandwiches. Another issue I have is you guys at the window are kinda rude. Step your game up guys! Any fast food job the hours suck bit have some respect for those who try to give you respect.
I go here on a regular basis and they have never got one order wrong
