I'm only posting a one cause I'm required but honestly they diserve a 0. First they didnt acknowledge me at the window when 2-3 cars went throughthe other lane , then they charged me for the wrong order took my card for a refund and held onto it for about 10 min. in which we were ignored about all this whenever a new person came up to the window, we we're then told that they had to reset the system but I watched probably 4-5 other people drive out of the drive thru with there order. One of the worst examples of customer service I have ever dealt with
Why have a dual line setup if you are going to neglect one? I paid for BBQ sauce and didn't receive them, when I let them know they didn't get me as many as I paid for. The food is bad for a mcdonalds, like a couple items were cold when I received them. Rude employees as well, don't get me wrong this is not my first fast food joint but a construction worker covered in concrete dust should be the LAST person complaining about your terrible business. Quality is very poor. Prices are high. The Filet-O-Fish sandwich we got was very obviously old and looked like a dried up tiny piece of tofu. Completely inedible. Our fries were pretty lukewarm. The ice cream items like the Oreo shake are on display on the menu but then told "We don't serve that after 11pm" when trying to order it.I'll never be back here again. Just threw $20 away basically.
Last three times I’ve attempted to get breakfast before work in between 5:30am and 6:00am they have had the front door locked. As well as completely blocking the drive thru. This is suppose to be a 24 hour location.
You just start to get so tired of fast food because they are the worst. They don't say hello to you, don't say goodbye and say "HUH?" when they can't hear you. Like manners are out the window and it's just sad they let the business get this bad. My food order of course was wrong. Just getting tired and I just need to give up on McDonald's everywhere. Sometimes it could take that one person to make your morning better and McDonald's will never give you that serotonin boost.I don't know one McDonald's that actually has good reviews...
Right by a lot of convenience stores unfortunately it does kind of share parking lot with Applebee's which can make it kind of hard to park most of the workers there are very nice and helpful you might get someone is having a bad day every now and again but it's never too bad of an experienced or you don't want to go back
If I could give it zero stars, I would. Routinely not open when I try to grab a quick breakfast between 5-6, even though the hours are written on the door as 5am for the lobby and a 24 hour drive through.
When did the time change at this restaurant? The driver thru was open 24 hours What happened and when will it be open? Can some one tell me!
The WORST location. They shouldn't be open 24 hrs. I go there around midnight. Its PACKED. Finally get to the menu and they have no chicken (half the menu is gone) no smoothies, no ice cream. ZERO empathy from any of the customers, prolly cause their moral is so low. And to top it alll off. They got my order WRONG. With more than half the menu wrong they STILL got my order wrong. NEVER AGAIN.
Those breakfast burritos are better than they have any right to be, and the nuggets are good every time. Gets me through the hungrys in a pinch.Wendy's has better fries, but McDonald's Sprite is extra crispy.
