I've been coming here for about 6 months and normally the food is very good and my service is usually very good as well. However, just now at 4:45PM on 6/30/2022 I called to ask how much the margaritas cost, however, whoever the lady is that answered the phone was extremely rude to me completely unprompted and I'm left feeling angry and confused. "Hi can you tell me how much the margaritas are?" her response "no...." ?? so then I ask "is there anyone you can ask?" "no..." and this went on for awhile as I was in disbelief of what was even happening. Then she hung up on me for the second time! The first time I called she just said "hold on" and then hung up on me, I could hear her put the phone back into the reciever. Why would you speak to a customer this way for simply asking how much your drinks cost? You've now lost my business.

We were looking for a restaurant while traveling through town and my girlfriend spotted this place. We've frequented Mazatlan restaurants elsewhere and generally enjoyed them with some exceptions. This one seemed alright. But the higher class, but acceptable. J was disappointed at how dirty and run down the bathrooms were however. The prices of the meals also seemed a little excessive. If I'm paying more due the same food I would've thought the bathrooms could be cleaner. The food was decent. The service was good. Waitress checked on us repeatedly, so that was good.

Excellent service! The waitress was more than accommodating to our changing circumstances, and extended the utmost kindness.

I just caught the manager ******SPITTING***** in my order After they messed up the original one. Avoid this place at all cost. This was the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed. When I let him know what I saw he got very angry and told me never to come back.******* I have filed a health department complaint. ***********Hopefully this manager gets fired. Absolutely disgusting. ********SHUT DOWN THIS RESTAURANT!!*********

too expensive and bad service

Old fashioned, traditional Mexican restaurant. Food is good, service friendly and warm. You can tell we’re in a pandemic but never fear they’ll get to you and it will be worth the wait.

Did was great also had a good server

To start I ordered just a cup of coffee with Cream The cream was empty looks like taken from the garbage ordered some churros that never came Finally when I was going to pay the gay who served the table was very rude This place needs a lot to improve 0is my review

I've had some recently bad experiences with Mexican restaurants, so I was a little skeptical when I pulled up, but from the beginning to end the experience was absolutely amazing. The Hostess was prompt and kind, the waiter was patient and polite, and we had our food in about 15 minutes from the time we walked in the door. My fajitas were cooked to perfection, and my girlfriend crab enchiladas were delicious. Definitely recommend dining here.

I've been here twice before in the last five years. Neither time was super great. I don't know what changed between 2017 and 2021 (as of the time of this review) but good lord please go here. The bowl of guacamole was so fresh it had the pit in it. I feel like they almost even sell it at a loss for how expensive avocados are these days. Extremely good and won't hurt your wallet. Again, please go here, especially if you want a burrito that can feed a family of thirty through winter.
