Horrible this has to be the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted in all my life …. DISGUSTING ? I ordered honey Walnut prawns thick batter and some white sauce I’ve never seen before on honey prawns spicy Broccoli was also a nightmare not fresh and nasty. And to the owner who gave me the order don’t just assume because I am not asian that I need a fork and not chopstick I don’t know how you have four stars because your food and attitude really sucks….NEVER AGAIN you want the best honey walnut prawns try going to Golden Phoenix in Covington way better Nice and fresh
Edit: We DID NOT get delivery. * Do not go here! Worst Chinese food in Seattle.We ordered takeout and ate it right away at the patio attached to the coffee shop next to the restaurant. We WAITED 45 minutes for the food, then we ate it right away.All the food was ice cold and skimpy. The meat sauce for the noodles was so cold the fat was still congealed.
Food wasn’t good, service was terrible. We went before on a weekday and they were pretty nice but not so on a Sunday.Hot and sour soup looked like an oil layer was separating. Veggie chow mein had no veggies other than one piece of cabbage.Went on a Sunday and the walnut chicken was covered in some sort of creamy looking sauce. Tried to send it back, he wouldn’t take it back.Definitely won’t be back.
Following guidelines masked and sanitize. Delicious food from deliciously tasting dumplings and the best spicy Mongolian beef ever, topped with fast service.
I enjoyed the dumplings and the orange chicken. I am not a fan of the noodles.The lid for the soup had a slit in it. My soup spilled out.
Food took so long to be made and somehow arrived cold. The chicken was rubbery, the chow mein was bland, and the fried rice had NO FLAVOR it wasn't even seasoned or anything. It was literally still white. Will never be coming back everyone hated their mealsEdit to add: we did not use a delivery service we did carry out and we live literally 5 minutes away so there's absolutely no reason for our food to have been so rubbery and cold. The food is DEFINITELY not fresh.
Mongolian beef lunch special is 90% onions and not spicy even when you ask for spicy. Also ordered fried rice only to discover they gave me regular steamed rice instead. I only got a few actual pieces of meat, what a ripoff. Go elsewhere. Wasn't even good, but for $11 I'll count it as a cheap lesson not to come back.
My sister and I went an hour before closing, the staff was great, the food was hot. Definitely will return!
My family used to LOVE this place! It had great food and great service. I’m not sure if it’s under new management but it’s not even close to the same. The man who worked there acted like he could care less about his customers. We asked for hot water and he slammed it on the table while only bringing 1. Each interaction was worse than the one before it. We asked what an item was pictured on the menu and he said he couldn't tell which one it was. (Beef roll that has 3 variations) We asked which was more popular and he told us he couldn’t answer that and just to read the menu.The food was bland across the board where it use to be full of flavor. I hope they can get back where they use to be but as of today, they’ve lost a previously loyal customer.
Food was ok, customer service was the worst part about the whole experience. The Only time we were able to speak to the server was when he took our order and when we paid. No refills for our waters, and not to mention when we were able to speak to the server he was constantly pressuring us into to finishing our sentences so he could continue doing whatever he was doing. And to top it all off when my friend and I paid, we asked for separate checks. We both paid signed and were about to walk out when the server yelled to come back. We turned around to see what we forgot to do, and when we go up to him he told us we forgot to leave a tip. Honestly we shouldn't have gave him anything after the service we got, but he once again pressured us and in the moment we just left a tip in order to finally leave this horrible restaurant. I think it's safe to say I'm never coming back here.
