Actually loved this place. Moved last year from Buffalo, this was the first restaurant we visited and was not a disappointment… However after today’s meal it’s over. My fiancé ate her entire Super Burrito, then turned the lettuce over to take a bite, there was a LONG BLACK HAIR under her lettuce!!! She ran to the restroom and threw up! Meanwhile my daughter and I were sitting at the table when our waitress passed by. I got her attention, and showed her the plate which in turn she showed the other waitress, and the cook who peeked from around the kitchen door. We then went to the front to pay the bill. After I told the manager what.had transpired, he told me sorry. I’m like “Is that it”?? He told me he would not comp the meal, and asked why I didn’t show him before she ate it? I said that she ate the entire burrito, turned overThe lettuce, and found a hair! Again He refuses. Ok, left ZERO tip, told him I never leave reviews, but this is a special situation and I’m going to blast them on every review forum I can find! Now instead of eating the money for one super burrito, he will lose everyone I can tell!!!
They do not skimp! So good and so much food almost felt like I was at a potluck ha! I ordered the #2 combination (shredded beef enchilada and a tostada) and my guy got the muy especial and I got churros as well because churros. Incredibly kind staff! And had I known the had margaritas to go ($12 for 16oz) I definitely would’ve ordered that too! That’ll absolutely be a next time thing!
Not worth going to...only checked this place out because someone had raved about it. Gave it 2 chances, disappointed both times. Food is super bland, no taste, and over priced. Both times I went, employees were rude and clueless. Not going back here again, and will steer people Far from here.
Wow! I am picky about restaurant food. This is easily the best restaurant Mexican food I've had in Renton so far.We only got takeout, so I can't speak to a dining-in experience (sometimes that can be vastly different), but everything, from ordering over the phone, to pickup, to food quality, was seamless. Chips were excellent texture, salsa was delicious, and the picadillo enchiladas - YUM!Thank you, La Fuente - keep it up! We need more of this quality in other restaurants around here.
My best friend and I usually go there about 2 times a month we've been going there for over 10 years and this past Friday (January 7th) in the afternoon we went the server was awesome we got our usual chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. The next day I woke up severely ill from the worst case of food poisoning I have had in over 10 years I went to the hospital and I got diagnosed with a severe case of noro virus. Sadly we won't be returning anytime soon ): hopefully no one else got sick that day. I wish I could get refunded for my bill (29.05)
Excellent food and service!
Look, I’m not trying to be rude but this food is NOT IT. The staff and service are GREAT. Attentive and kind. But the nachos? Skip. I can make that at home. The entrees ? Just not quality Mexican, bland and watery flavor. I couldn’t finish my plate. I don’t like to write this bad review but honestly, save your money and go to another Mexican restaurant just down the street- trust me. Way better over there. Who knows, maybe it’s just cause I’m latina.
Food is consistently good. Service fast and friendly. Prices good too. I've been eating there for 20 years and I've never been disappointed.
I would have taken a picture of the MASSIVE chimichanga but I ate it before I could get one. This place is awesome, we WILL be back.
Don't go here there is a better place up the street I was told my order would be ready In. 10 min to have to wait another 10 min is unacceptable pick up time was 5 37 I got there at 530 and left at 545 with no food terrible communication from front staff. Dasher beware super slow you wi have to wait 20 plus min. The reason why you get so much money as a dasher to deliver it's because no dasher likes to come to this restaurant because it is so slow
