I went here to grab dinner for my family before work and a separate meal for myself. When I got the chicken the box was not warm or hot, so I told the cashier and he said it had just came out. When I got to work I was so mad at what they did I didn't eat the chicken. They gave me 2 whole wings and a wingette drum for a 3 piece wing meal. Then when I returned it the next day for my money back
Terrible hospitality service. If I could write flat zero review with zero (0) star's. I would have placed (0) for review. @ 18:35 pm hr's I had taken my son along daughter KFC drive thru. While placing my order; out me being able speak; order-taker awkwardly proceed order my sides. While correcting him as I am paying customer hint; hint. He began to speak handle expierence abruptly, rude. This order taker. Defianetly needs a new profession or alternate position. I will be taking this to regional or cooperate. This encounter has ruined my day.
Personally, I hate not being able to buy original recipe wings whether they be in four, six or eight quantities.Whenever I want wings, I'm forced to get them in a $20 bucket or settle for those crunchy hot wings as spicy hot as they are.On the reader board, they show the wings in original recipe as if they are available then tell you 'you can't have them', it's stupid.I realize that no business does things without the plan being well thought out.In this case, by having only the wings sold separately as "hot wings" instead of also making them available in original recipe, they can bamboozle the patrons into paying more money for a full $8.99 bucket if you want them bad enough.That technique is insulting because they're using dirty tactics.
One particular employee is rude. I've given them 3 chances. Complained to manager with no response, they obviously don't care about this place. I'll gladly drive out of my way to Maple Valley KFC that knows how to treat a customer and get the orders correct.Not going to spend my money where they don't care.
Great food, great prices, my only downside is sometimes the order is wrong and the KFC kids menu is non-existent.
Very rude and did not give me receipt for purchase. Try to call and the phone rings until somebody picks it up and hung it up.
Bad service and hot wings not even fully fried...I try to call but no answer never go there again
Felt bad about asking for extra pickles which upset them. But they neglected to put butter or ketchup and only 4 tenders in a 5 tender order. Poor show.
Order was wrong I ordered 4 piece dark with coleslaw and fries I got mixed order without fries
Ok, I get it, it's fast food you don't expect AMAZING service, but 3 times now my fiancé and I have gone to grab a quick bite. We order a couple chicken sandwiches and I always order a small side of Mac and cheese. I have now gotten gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy, and corn instead of Mac and cheese. It's really not that hard to mark the lids of your Mac with a sharpie. I've worked in food service, come on, it only takes a half a second to check what's in the container. Other than this issue they're great, but this is just getting silly.
