Visited location for the first time. I will not be returning. I simply wanted brown mustard. I saw that it said free on the board, but offered to pay. They told me I had to buy a sandwich. I asked if I could purchase a drink in exchange. They told me I had to buy a sandwich. The gentleman behind me offered to ask for some mustard with his. She asked me how many I wanted. I said 4. Asked if 2 would work. I asked for 4 again. She filled them up a quarter of the way. I’ve never seen someone try so hard to provide bad customer service.
My two stars is for horrible their potatoes. It was cook in the most bad and unhealthy level. The old, The burn, Too much salty and we threw away that right away.
My boss just ordered us some lunch boxes, very good, very neatly put together as well!
The music was so loud the person taking our order could not hear it and we had to repeat it a couple of times. Could not even talk to each other because of the music. The girl taking the order also got short with us. Store was clean and the service was fast.
I went in ten mins before closing and I know that is rude but I had a long day and all I wanted was this sandwich to make it better. William went above and beyond by asking how I wanted my sandwich and had an amazing attitude knowing all they want to do is go home. Great customer service!

This place was busy today. They ran out of bread. Nobody was prepared for this weather.
Great sandwiches. They are my fave!! Most sandwich shops give you great fixings but I go not only for that but the bread is what makes it amazing. It's soft and it really stands up to what they out in it. And the are QUICK!! Skip Subway,omg! I am telling you☺️
