The absolute worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to poor management no experience rude and prejudice as can be very disappointing and will never go back
Besides my grandson works there. I had the Turkey Tom and it was quite good.My granddaughter text me and got a Turkey Club.Grandson did treat me to a soda and a drink.I paid for my granddaughter.Thanks Grandson.
Fast and fresh, The one in Renton actually has a drive-thru!
Good sandwiches. Average choices for bread and meats. Prices could be better by about a dollar to a dollar and a half cheaper. Clean facility and good staff.
Bad attitude. Doors are cluttered with too many notes and signs which are not clear.
I tried ordering online and it said it was unavailable so I tried calling and no one picked up. I went to the shop at 7:30pm and it was closed even though their website says they don't close until 9.
These are more filling than Subway. The only issue I have with them is when you ask for extra, you don't really get it
Freaky Slow and Freaky Bad Attitude.Placed an order using the app. One hour after the order was confirmed received by the restaurant, I called to get a status on the order. The person who answered the phone,, sounded female, and told me the sandwich was heading out the door and it would be another 20 minutes. I said words to the effect, an 1:30 minutes for a sandwich. Response "welcome to the world of short staff, sir." No acknowledgement that I had been waiting for an hour and later conversation implied I was somehow at fault because I asked if someone could have provide me with a status update.I get short staffing but tude was uncalled for. I am a customer seeking information on an order and you unload on me for asking why you are treating me in a manner that is inconsistent with your slogan/policy. Wrong answer.For the individual who is going to reply to this, here is the actual image from the app. Not me over reacting or being overly critical just sharing a bad experience.
To talk to the hiring manager and a female employee rudly rush me off the phone because its lunch hour and didn't let me know nicely and I didn't know what times the manager was going to be back , so unprofessional and not right for her to yelling at me on the phone, I worked a job with people calling and I still had to talk to them nice and answer all their questions and still do my job during lunch hour without being Rude
This location is not freaky fast.
