It’s Jersey mikes. So if you like this kind of sub cool it tastes the same pretty much everywhere. What makes this place unique is the employees. I’ve never been here when they weren’t happy and just having a good time. I wouldn’t call it a good ambiance because corporate America turns everything into a mickymouse circus. But the genuineness of the staff and the levity that they bring to a boring day make it worth skipping subway.
Just wanted to give a big shout out to Hannah! We ordered with DoorDash and the driver grabbed the wrong order and delivered to me. When I called the store Hannah answered and she knew exactly what happened because the “other” Lori was in store for her pick up order and I could tell she was not being pleasant to Hannah about the mix up. Poor Hannah sounded so stressed and busy but was super nice and took my number and promised to call me back . In the meantime I contacted DoorDash and explained the situation. I opted to get a refund for the order. Hannah called back and said she also spoke with DoorDash and my order was refunded but she wanted to make it right so she had our sandwiches remade and delivered to our house! Totally unexpected and very appreciated for sure. Well on top of that when we got our order, not only was there a nice note from Hannah but 2 sub cards as well ! Hannah truly exemplifies great customer service and you are very blessed to have such a wonderful person working for your company. I’ve always been a jersey mike’s customer but this experience has definitely made me one for like. Thank you Hannah for your kindness:)
worst jersey mikes around, last 3 times i have gone here i have waited over 35 minutes in line to just order, absolutely worst service employees are rude and take there time doing everything but making food and taking orders
I’ve gone to this store for years. I’m not sure what is happening here, but maybe all of the people leaving 5 star reviews are actually getting BREAD. My husband & I regularly paid up to 65.00 (including tip) up to 25 a sandwich & now every time I call to place an order the answer is “SOREE WE DONT HAVE ANY BREEEAD.” Covid has been very hard for all of us in the restaurant industry… including up to not getting products. I get that … but EVERY TIME. I also want to say that I usually place my order late in the evening around 8:15- 8:30 to pick up & maybe they would be out of bread a couple timeshare The last 5 times this has happened. I will from now on pick up my Jersey @ the Issaquah location on my way home from work. Was trying to support Renton, but apparently there isn’t enough Bread.
Came in yesterday there was a lady and 2 guys that were working, they were busy but took the time to greet me and how the day was going and the sandwich was amazing thank you crew

ABSOULTY AMAZING! My family will definitely be making this our home Jersey Mikes, we recently just moved from California and LOVED our Jersey mikes down there. Since moving here we tried the one on Coal Creek and the one on East Valley they were okay but weren’t very friendly or quick. However the Renton location is great I placed and online order around 2pm and called to make sure it was ready and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and informed me they were wrapping it up, when I came in they just had to grab my chips, but the 3 gentleman and the lady were very nice the whole crew were all laughing and interacting with the customers, this is what I missed from our jersey mikes in California when you walked in you felt welcomed and coal creek and east valley just didn’t have that, Thank you Renton Jersey Mikes for the great experience you will be seeing me again!
I’ve called almost 15 times and no one will answer to fix my order. I will not be ordering from here again. -10 stars if I could. This is literally the 19th time I’ve had issues, the refuse to answer their phone, and they will not fix their menu. You have lost a customer, Permanently!!
So I came in shortly after lunch rush the young lady and the 2 Energetic young guys that were working were fantastic and friendly even though I've had other issues at different Jersey Mike's I find this one to be fantastic and up the par and I'll be back for more.
This is a high energy Jersey Mike's. The young people here work at a faster pace than average. They talk fast. They think fast. They speak clearly. Someone has explained to these kids how to talk to customers and the importance of hard work. The Famous Philly was perfect. Seating area was clean. Low foot traffic on a Saturday afternoon. Despite the lack of crowding and cleanliness of the store inside, I recommend getting delivery. The speed of this sandwich operation caused me to chew slightly faster then normal. Parking won't be a problem at this location. If you experience a problem here, good chance the problem is you. Papa John's Pizza is next door on the left and there is a brewery next door to the right, where you are allowed to bring in food like pizza and sandwiches.
