This place is so sad we arrived at about 11:11 pm in line. We ordered via the mobile application. The line moved extremely slowly. It took more than 30 minutes to get to the order speaker (11:51) and until 11:57 at the window. They hadn't even started our order! They did begrudgingly make our food because it was a mobile order. However they made it incorrectly. Plus they had been turning away customers in line since 11:30 pm. Very poor customer service!
Checked the hours indicating drive thru is open to 12 AM. Got in line behind 4-6 cars at 11:34 pm (26 minutes before closing). 13 minutes later when I got to the ordering box a man said "sorry we already closed", the lights including the order box were all still on. It was 11:47 pm, supposed to be open for 13 more minutes. I was irritated and told him so, I was locked in with no way out, 3 cars behind me and 4 cars in front of me. When I called out the time he said he would take my order, but at that point I would not trust the food that he would have served to me and had to wait in line another 8 minutes to get my car out of the line.
The food here isn't the problem, it's the incredibly slow drive-thru service. I'm certain it's because they're understaffed, but what commonly happens is someone in front of me will have a large or complex order, and instead of asking them pull aside they block the entire process. The last time I went to get food, it took almost 15 minutes and nearly all of that was waiting for one customer a few cars in front of me to get their food. So if you're going to come here, make sure you have a lot of time to spare.
This is so frustrating! This happens all the time and I'm over it. It's 11:30 pm Thurs night. I check online first and it says they're open. I drive all the way over there. The lights are on, the drive thru speaker menu board is all lit up, but there are zero cars in the parking lot and no one in sight in the restaurant. I took this photo of the hours posted on the drive thru window which clearly shows OPEN 24 hours on Thurs. So.....I drive back home empty handed. This has happened numerous times here.
Honestly really good and cheap, but you gonna know what to order. I get the spicy nacho chicken from munchie menu and the other chicken option on there, curly fries and mini/regular tacos are all good. And shakes.4 stars because one time I ordered at 11 something and the order went through and it’s supposed to be open, but no one was there. Today they forgot one sandwich (I got two). It seems pretty difficult to ask for a refund on the app so it’s not even worth bothering.
Not much to say it's fast food, although they have the best milkshakes
Cory is an excellent manager!! My girlfriend and I come here a lot for the munchie meals, but last night was something different. From ordering right up until we left Cory and his team working last night were awesome, and I couldn't say I've ever had such a good experience at any fast food restaurant since I moved to King County. Props you guys, keep up the good vibes and great work ethics!
Barely warm. 3 ultimate cheese combos at cost of $40. None of the burgers were hot and were overly slathered in mustard making them slimey. I always have liked Jack's, but haven't had any luck with them the last several times.
The last time we ate at Jack in the box, we got food poisoning. They have yet to make it right
