I did not like the service I received at all. The lady with the orangish dyed hair who was working the drive thru with black winged eyeliner, her customer service was absolutely deplorable. Whom was responsible for taking my payment and handed me a receipt kept rolling her eyes because we asked for condiments and then when we got our food and checked the bag, we noticed there was food missing. She rolled her eyes again. We continually said we wanted regular popcorn chicken when we ordered, theystill gave us spicy, so my daughter couldn't even eat her food. We asked for a large meal they gave us a small. I almost didn't get all of my food. The bacon on the jr bacon cheeseburger tasted disgustingly old, so I threw my burger out. When I asked for my missing food, and presented my receipt the employee rolled her eyes, got a manager and they began speaking Spanish, when I answered in Spanish their demeanor changed. I believe I dealt with a form of micro racism because I am light in complexion. They didn't think I could understand them. You should not be speaking another language in front of a customer period when they are inquiring about their order. Regardless of if they can understand you or not.
This is not a fast food place. I've been in the drive through for 30 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. I could've gone to a restaurant and get served already. Blame it on short staff but one person shouldn't be responsible for multiple jobs. How a new manager that knows how to manage staff.... but I'm sure corporate already knows this.****4 stars to the guy working every job! The food was fresh.****
Went around 10:15 and ordered a breakfast sandwich from the "breakfast all day" menu and the tools me they somt have eggs this late because they were about to close. I asked what time they closed, because it said 12:00am online, and she said 10:30. I guess this is just a theme for all Jack in the Box's to close at whatever time they feel like closing as opposed to what the store hours are.
Says drive through is open till midnight, went there at 10 and they said they were closed but didn't turn off any of their signs so while I'm trying to drive away there's a car in front of me picking up their order, I guess he was the last customer, they took over 15 minutes to give him his food. So these whole 15 minutes of just sitting there waiting for the guy in front to get his food there's about 5 more cars that pull in behind me, so now they have a line of cars waiting to leave because they couldn't turn off the signs signaling they were closed they would rather just wait for the person to pull in.
Lady in the drive thru that works there and was being rude. Not even saying hi or thank you. Ask for sauce and never put it in the bag . I realize after I took off. Then came back with a bunch of cars in the drive thru. I call and ask her to bring out the sauce at the door because I don't want to wait in line. She said "no I can't do that." Ridiculous this is not how you treat customers.
Please have patience with people that are obviously new; it goes a long way. They did make a few mistakes though on my order so be sure to check everything before you leave make sure you have a list of everything cuz I forgot our drinks for getting I even ordered them with how long it took me to order it.

I bought a Jumbo jack tonight and when I bit into the burger the meat was SOOO thin and small all I could see was the lettuce and Big tomato! I can't believe they want to charge so much for Nothing!! The small, thin piece of meat was NASTY
