Good sushi, very price but it’s worth it because it’s good. However, I think this place gave themselves an extra tip on my card without my knowledge. Because my transaction total was 44.58 and I didn’t leave a tip. But it’s weird because when I checked my card my debit card transactions when I got home the total came out to 51.48 which is obviously very strange because I signed a receipt only for 44.58. For anyone eating here, just double check your bank transactions.
I was excited to find out Genki was in Washington since we're from Hawaii and Genki was our go-to over there. While the chef was kind to us, the hostess/waitress Lena was absolutely horrible to us. She skipped our table multiple times, and when she did check on us, she was extremely short/rude to us. It also seemed like she purposefully was saying "huh"/"what" to every single thing I tried to order, as if she was mocking my pronunciation to the Japanese names of items. When we gave our receipt back, she snatched it out of our hands without a word. We don't know what we did wrong to deserve this treatment, especially seeing her not act this way to other customers. We will not be returning.
Conveyor belt sushi as you would expect. Servers are nice and always willing to put in for a special order.Only complaint is that prices change often.
Usually great service and friendly staff.My last visit though they lost my order for three rolls and managed to bring everyone else's rolls who ordered 30 minutes after me.

I love the seared salmon and other things, but I often leave feeling queezy for some reason. Doesn't stop me from coming back though. I wish they were open later than 8pm. A fun place to stop and chow down on some decent sushi.
I come here ALOT. Like... more then I really should be posting. But I 9.9/10 times I have a good time. My ONLY complaint is one time I ordered Salmon Bits and it was cold. But of all the times I go it's great and always delicious and fresh.
This place is great for a quick bite to scratch that sushi itch. It's right in the middle of what you want. This is a conveyer belt set-up and it moves fairly quickly so if you want it, grab it. It's not high end and it's affordable. They have items you can order off a menu as well (specialty rolls, noodles, fried items). My favorite is the unagi and seared salmon.
Great food, server was good. Definitely will be back to eat more sushi
STAY AWAY and save your frustrations! I'll never come back here again, nor will I bring anyone here anymore.This place has no common sense at all. They refused to put us on the waiting list when we called, insisted that we drive 30 minutes to show up, and then wait for another 30 minutes upon arrival.When we finally arrived with vaccination card, they then rejected us because my boyfriend's card only has the booster shot listed. I explained you can't get booster shot without the first two. But they won't listen.Very patron unfriendly.
