the food was great and the staff was very kind.
Of the burger chains, 5 Guys is my favorite. The most free options than the rest and good shakes as well. Their Cajun seasoned fried potatoes are tasty but they tend to use a little too much of the cajun seasoning but not so much to deter me from ordering them. Service is reasonably good to make the 5 Guys visit enjoyable for this patron.
The food here is so freaking good! Love the atmosphere, and the sheer amount of fries is insane. Great place to eat!
I’ve done public customer service for almost 40 years. My motto is to treat people the way you want to be treated. Anna, the manager of this location needs to learn that. I ordered a 2 grilled cheese, burger with bacon and grilled onions. It was $15.49. This was my first time attempting to try this burger spot. I showed the cashier what I wanted from a YouTube video and he got help to ring it up. 2 grilled cheese, xtra patty(I didn’t ask for it. It was a nice gesture)grilled onion and bacon. It wasn’t made correctly. I called the restaurant and the manager, Anna was so rude on the phone talking over the employee who was trying to listen to me. She pulled my ticket and Anna is in the background saying they ‘don’t make that kind of burger, they don’t sell that’. Yet I paid for it. She got on the phone and argued at me. I was there in less than 5 minutes. She finally came out and I let her know she needs to learn to listen to her customer. She tried to argue again with me. I told her to just give me my $ back and left the burger on the counter. This manager needs people skills. I’ve been a restaurant manager and have my Serv-Safe needed to do her job. She never apologized or offered to make my order correctly. Bad customer service is bad for business.
A little bummed actually, ordered three burgers, two were correct one was left plain. For the cost the cashier should listen better. Also ordered one shake, she punched in two. Wrong size fries too. It'll be a while before I go back, if ever. Habit Burger is just as tasty and they pay attention to the orders.
It's a basic burger and fries, but you will love it. The staff is always super nice. You always get extra fries, so don't order a large unless you intend to share with someone else.I wish five guys would open a store closer to my house.
Burgers and fries were amazing. Moist n juicy burgers. Fries having the right amount of crunch/soggy ratio to them(soggy is the only word my sleepy head can come up with atm). Burgers came out quick. Staff was nice.
Their french fries taste EXACTLY like Nathans in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Burgers are amazing. I never thought I'd taste the best french fries in the world again, but here we are, with a HUGE sack full of them!Highly recommended!Doordash Delivered
I have really happy memories of burgers at Five Guys, when on holiday in Arizona two years ago. We found one in the UK, but it was a pale imitation of the real thing, so I was keen to revisit the real deal. Luckily, I wasn't disappointed. Love the burgers and the fact that you can build your own by adding just the extras you like. As someone who really dislikes pink in meat, also love that all Five Guys burgers are well cooked, yet still juicy. My other half doesn't like to be presented with all that choice and having to make quick decisions, so accessed the menu beforehand and sent me a message to read out! Note to self - American portions are huge compared to what we are used to and we could easily manage with one small portion of fries between us - tasty fries, skin on and well-cooked. The restaurant is located in an area with lots of food outlets and next to a cinema / movie theatre. Masks are required and, if you want to eat in, then you'll need to produce evidence of vaccination. Admittedly a little biased - Five Guys being something of a favourite - but a really good example of the brand.
