It seems Doofers has lost it's luster. On a slow Sunday yesterday afternoon, service was disappointing and unacceptable. With at least three seasoned staff, no dining customer should have wait over 45 minutes to be served, nor watch their order sit ready in the window for over 10 minutes behind boxes of take out orders. We were not the only customer to make a complaint, or the first time this has happened to us.It is clear Doofers has placed more value on "Uber Eats" orders rather than dining customers.
My wife and I have been going there for years as there food was good. But the past 3-4 months has gotten worse overall. The wait staff are excellent but I pay for the food. The only thing consistent is the bake potato and that is hit and miss lately. We wont be back. I think the owner should test the quality of the food being served.
I was invited by friends to join them for dinner at this place and it was excellent. The steaks are big and cooked exactly as ordered.Its a nice sports bar and very clean. The bartenders are prompt, polite, and the drinks were good. Overall, can't see any reason to give it less than five stars.
So let me start by saying I don't ever get any sort of steak when I eat out because they never cook it correctly, over season it or it's low grade fatty cuts. I just know better than to do it because I'm settling myself up for disappointment. However my roommate was ordering from here for takeout a few months back and recommend the steak. I ordered it with serious hesitation due to past experiences. I ordered a ribeye m/r more on the rare side and to my surprise it was cooked perfectly, but then I took a bite and it tasted more amazing than it looked. We got takeout again tonight (we do this a couple times a month) I ordered the prime rib m/r and as always I was delighted. The food is always absolutely freaking delicious. Even my picky teen loves their burgers and he only loves my burgers until he had one from Doofers. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I've been in the establishment 2 times and the guy behind the bar (manager possibly) is really on top of things. He makes his job look like it's easy and being a server/bartender for many years I know that behind the bar is the hardest work in the f&b industry. I just want to say thank you so much again for an amazing dinner. You guys keep it up. Shout out to the cook for knowing what the hell he's doing back there with the meat. I will continue to come here to eat as long as I'm near by. You guys rock!

The food was decent. My food was good, my husband liked his, however, my sprite tasted like the syrup needed changed. I work in the industry so I didn't blame anyone for it, but the replacement tasted the same. Our server wasn't very friendly and pleasant and acted as if our requests were an inconvenience. I interacted with other employees there and each of them seemed great which is why I'll probably be back, I just will request a different server.

Great wings. Their hottest flavor is the hottest wing I have ever eaten without getting a free T-shirt or something. Very satisfyingly painful. Good flavor, too. No complaints about any of the food. Pretty good beer selection, but no Blue Moon. Great service.
Doofers is a one of a kind neighborhood pub. The quantity and quality of food blow your mind and taste buds. Good beer selection and family friendly. To-go is available. The fried chicken is amazing and the wings are likewise.
Had the Hawaiian burger. EXCELLENT! Enough for two. Service was good. They were short on help but it waitress hustled to get everyone served. This time I had Martha's Sandwich, also excellent and generous portion.
