I ordered a pizza from Domino’s late this afternoon. I had been in Memphis for 2 weeks end of April and 1st week in May and had gotten 4 pizzas there,and I thought this is what I want. The pizza here was truly disgusting. It looked great and smelled good but it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Totino’s pizza is literally 1000x better and 0ver $20 cheaper. I was in the mood for pizza and like I said did not get 1 bite of my one slice I was expecting.
I ordered for pick up and arrived when the website estimated my order to be ready. I walked in and they took my name and asked what car I'm in. I told them and they told me to go wait in my car. I waited another 15 minutes. The website said my food was ready but no one was bringing it so I walked back in. Someone who looks like the manager yelled when he saw me "She's back!!!". And my food was just sitting there. They handed it to me without a word and I left. It was a one item order so it was pretty simple. This place is okay.
Best Domino's I've ever had. Their pan pizza is addictive and the staff is excellent. I can't get over how tasty the pizza is and they get all the details right, like finely sliced onions that crisp instead of adding a watery mess and so much cheese and pepperoni. Can't say enough good things frankly.
I order online and do in store pick up. Decent pizza at that price. Staff aren't yet used to seeing people in the store and startle easily.
This is bye far the worst dominos ive ever had the displeasure to use today national pizza day i call in a pick up order at 8:45 lady that i could barley under stand tells me no cary out orders stop at 9 i said its 845 she says no were closed we can deliver sighn say open till midnight carry outs till 9 well since 845 comes before 9 im not sure why i couldnt order a pizza in the past ive called in order a pizza to pick up and gona pay cash when i get there get told no they want C.C# thry say no and thats b.s ive seen people pay when they pick up msny many times i will get my pizza at 7-11 pizza hut or even frozen before i spend another $ at this location and possible dominos period and i get pizza at least 2 times a week terrible service and it happened more then theese 2 times im just not gona take up my time im on my way to pizza hut
They do not have any of the specials that are advertised anymore. no $7.99 large 3 topping carryout, or $5.99 2 topping mediums when purchasing 2 or more.
Tried ordering the $5.99 deal online, but kept getting an error consistently over the past several days. Called the store to place the order and explained that their online system is having issues. The person refused to honor the deal, saying they don't have the coupon. I tried again to explain that I'm a regular customer and a different location had done that for me in the past; AND since it's their system that is down, I'd hope they'd be willing to help. Instead the person got upset and responded in not so calm tone, saying that even though I kept repeating myself he can't help me. The staff can learn a few manners when speaking to a customer, especially a repeat one. I guess time to switch locations or find a new pizza company.

This is my local Dominos. The pizza is decent. They do not typically honor the nationwide coupons, so don't expect the deals you see on their main page. This has been the case for several months now. I feel like it is a bit of a bait and switch. The other Dominos around do, however, accept them.
I was impressed with the amount of extra toppings they put on my pizza! The crust was a bit thin for my liking, but the flavor made up for it. It was also more expensive than would like to pay for 1 pizza.
