I had some credits to use And called the store, spoke with the manager, and was able to get My order for delivery. Finally just as ordered, perfection. The Dominoesthat I've grown to love. Thank you so much for dinner made right.
The staff are well-trained, friendly, helpful, and prompt. Any changes needed to your order are sufficiently handled, with optional communication updates via text. Each in-store employee, call center representative, delivery driver, and, of course - the food - are presentably clean at this location, creating an overall positive experience. This store leaves good lasting impressions, such as when your next contribution to St. Jude's will be, adding a 30% tip (unofficially) for 2 extra bottled waters, along with the given points towards earning another free pizza/reward ✓
The worst customer service I have ever received from a pizza or fast food joint in over 10 years. Delivered wrong food, that food was cold, late refund,and said I had a credit for future order. Mind you I used a coupon and the coupon was the only thing I was credited. So went to use my supposed credit they wanted more than my original order for one pizza. Do not recommend
Worst experience, pizza was out for delivery for over 30 min and I live 2 min away. The deep dish pizza I ordered had a mutilated crust, it was cold and the bread bites were cold. Tried calling and nobody answered so I had to get in my car and go to the store. The "manager" didn't seem to care about the condition of the pizza they sent out. At least they refunded me. I've been a pretty loyal customer for the nearly 6 years we have lived in Renton, won't be going back and deleted the app from my phone. Very disappointing ?
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered and I waited over 2 hours just for a medium pizza and when I called them nobody answered. It charged my card and now I’m stuck trying to talk to someone. 3 hours going on 4 for a medium pizza is unacceptable. If I could give this location zero stars I would. They might as well close this location down. It already seems like nobody’s working there anyways.
We never received my pizza because of weather, BUT, it is what Amanda did after that made all the difference in the world. She not only apologized several times, she refunded the money as she should, and gave a free pizza because she wants us to come back and give them another try. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She is someone who cares about how the customer feels about them as a company and a individual store. Thank you Amanda!!
The thin crust medium sized pizza with extra sausage, olives, pepperoni and extra cheese was great.However, not worthy of the price of $35.00I would be more receptive of the cost if I had it delivered but since I picked it up myself after waiting 25 min's, the price is in excess of about $15.00 in my view.Other than that, I appreciate the quality, it was very tasty and satisfying.
We pick up our order often, I was pretty late getting our pizza.. Hey, sometimes s*** happens,….and the guy who is always there looked into box and said he wasn’t gonna let me take this home.. he asked if I had 10 min to remake. WHAT.. WOW.. even thou it was my fault the pizza was old and probably cold he insisted on remaking. XTRA TIPS for him and big thank you.That’s great service
Called the Renton store. we are staying in the clarion near VMC. We have a domino’s flyer in our hotel room to order from. Renton store said we don’t deliver there. Forwarded me to the store that did. Store that did did not , was rude and told me to call Renton store again as they should deliver to us. Called the Renton store again and they said no only pick up Sunday at 10:30 pm. Clown show of poor service. If you don’t have the people to deliver the pizza just tell me.
This location is not recommended. There pizza came to us late & barely any toppings. When we called to see what could be done about correcting the poor service we got the manager stated to call another number which was automated msg that stated to call store manager where you concern was. The manager at this location appears to be rude. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. If you want good pizza go elsewhere but this store. I am no longer visiting this location and will let friends and family know as well. Thank you for reading my review.
