I have eaten here on other occasions and food was fine. This time it took forever and both the burger and the grilled chicken were overcooked and dry. Hopefully this was an off day
I'm a dasher and you can only be beat by Popeye's. Closed lobby and very slow D/T. As a dasher I will never accept a deliver from your location again! 30 minutes to pick up my deliver is unacceptable.
I can't do FF anymore! Went here today against my better judgment because inwas starved and sick to my stomach. I got burger and fries, an after eating a few fries unwrapped the burger and there was a hair!!! I threw all of the food in the trash and my stomach is even more sick than it was before I went there. And a waist of $10
Terrible service. Had to wait in drive through twice because they didn't give me all of food ordered and even on second time through they were not paying attention and still didn't complete order. Also, who puts ice cream in a bag with hot food!? Young gal at window had the nerve to be peeved with me and shoved the food at me quickly sliding window shut to avoid talking.
Parking lot is dicey, motel 6 nearby is teeming with junkies and the like. Staff here are always rude and.orders take forever to process often resulting in some of your food being cold if you order hot food
We came here for a banana split blizzard. They told us they "could not" make us a blizzard with the banana split ingredients. When we asked why, she said we don't do that at this location, wait, what........ this location? If you have all the ingredients, why can't you put them in the blender and make us a blizzard? We get tgid blizzard at every other location, without question....... Someone needed to teach these people about sales and customer service.
Not my usual Dairy Queen. I tried to order a banana split blizzard. This is a secret menu item and most Dairy Queen’s know this. They have a banana split and I asked well can you put it in a cup and swirl it like how you do with other blizzards. They said no. I called the manager and apparently you can custom a blizzard but it’s .80 a topping. To me this is bad customer service. Will not return to this location.
Check your receipt; they overcharge!!!Food was good, but they overcharged me more than the posted prices for bacon cheese burger combo, and a cheese burger and small coke. They overcharged about $0.90 on about a $15 order.Buyer beware!!! Check your receipt!!!
After waiting in line at the drive-through for quite a bit, they forgot some stuff. So we parked and my husband knocked on the door where they told him to drive back through the drive-through. He ended up walking up to the drive up window to avoid waiting in line again for something he should've gotten in the first place. My burger also wasn't very warm. While we ate in the parkinglot, we watched 2 other people try to knock on the door and drive back through the drive-through.
Well, there I was DESPERATLY wanting my food when I see the woman through the wondow not wearing gloves, durring a global pandemic and looking either sleep deprived or like she would rather be any where but at work (basically, like ahe did not care) At first I was fine, even thought Im not even sure she was wearing a mask, looking back but then she pulls out my spoon, WITH HER BARE HANDS!!!! I honk my horn to ask if it was end up or handle up and she totally ignored me! And just sat there poking at it with the spoon...and for some reason she had it in two cups. Literally never had this happen befoure and it was really weird. I didnt have time to walk in and complain so I tried to call in but I guess the google number is wrong? The whole thing made me lose my appitite. I don't need your germs in my food...
