The food is good and exactly what you would imagine from fast food. The selection is of items is wide and has something for everyone. You can also never go wrong with a sweet treat at the end of the day and Dairy queen is well known for that. The drive through can be pretty busy at times however but it most quick. You can go inside as well though.
Horrible customer service.Came there to pick up my order. I was just patiently waiting cause the place was quiet busy then the blonde, short hair lady came looked at me without asking anything. She seemed very upset and her face was like “why the hell are you here”. I wasn’t very pleased LOL. Never coming back
Delicious chicken strips, rotisserie bites were also good. I like to customize my blizzard like cookies n cream with chocolate ice cream or butterfinger blizzard made with chocolate ice cream
I was not pleased after spending $27.00. My tenders were hard from possibly being older and not fresh. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and I was given a smaller bottom bun than my top, so my food was falling out. The chicken patty was so hard too like it had been sitting there for some time. They have wayy to many people near the drive through window and the window is blocked with papers so you can't see what they are doing. One of the employees was even standing with her back against the drive through window, maybe to block my view of the inside. I won't be going back to this location. I went to a different location up north and had waayy better service, and the chicken was cooked fresh there.
Terrible customer service. The Caucasian boy with curl hair had the worst attitude. He acted like he didn’t want to speak. He will only work in the fast food industry with an attitude like that.
Always great for desserts. The food is, in my opinion, pretty average. The one exception being the chicken strip meal with country gravy. It is almost the only thing I ever order there that's not a dessert.
The reason for three stars is that the quality of the ice cream we get there is never standard. We probably go there 2-4 times a month and almost always order the same desserts. I will say that about 80% of the time, something is wrong with something we order. It's like somebody was working that night that hates their job or hates ice cream or something. I say this as a person who worked for Dairy Queen when I was younger so I definitely know the actual standards for the items I order because they haven't changed. Also I often order a dessert that includes a warm Brownie and almost every single time over the past 3 months the brownie has not been warm and has instead been dry, and crunchy like it is stale. And it is supposed to have hot fudge included which it's like they added a single teaspoon of hot fudge for the entire dessert which isn't how it is supposed to come. One time about 4 months ago I went and whoever made it that night did an exceptional job and I wish I knew who it was because every other time since it has been awful.

This Dairy Queen location is definitely a higher quality than others in the area. Even with new hires, the staff are doing a great job moving people through the drive thru and getting the orders right.
Most DQ's I've been to are not that good. Like you can tell the food has been sitting. But when I went to this DQ I was very satisfied and impressed.
