Ordered thru UberEATS app, steak salad with beans, sour cream and cheese (simple order) delivery arrived promptly however.. my salad had ZERO greens NO lettuce!! The manager was very rude and did not apologize she said they could remake but I would have to go pickup... isn't that why we pay extra for delivery and tip? They have definitely lost my business. Over their mistake!

Decent food, the bowls are the way to go. I do wish the could add more meat instead of a very small scoop. You have to pay extra if you want more meat or guacamole. Not what it used to be before.

I am giving them a one star rating. The lovely lady made my burrito and I waited for like 4 minutes for someone to cash me out. I saw one male employee who made eye contact with me several times and didn't even acknowledge me. I also saw that he cashed out the pervious customers. I think this was very rude of this employee. And I was clearly frustrated. They don't even ask for my vaccine card, I had to show them it for my peace of mind.The quality of the food was good. Just the customer service sucks.I forgot to mention, it looked like a trainer was here, he was made eye contact and didn't do anything. Now, im eating my food, frustrated.

This place is okay. I ordered a steak bowl, and when I tried to pay the cashier told me they don’t accept cash. Which is totally inconvenient because I was already very hungry and couldn’t get my food because they don’t accept different forms of payment. Luckily the man in line was nice enough to pay for my order and I just paid him back. Anyway when i had my order the steak was very salty and the rice was mushy and hard… I mean come on how hard is it to make the food good.

I have been coming since this chipotle opened a few years ago. Our family love chipotle. We go to many different locations. Sadly for some time now the portions are so inconsistent and they seam to get smaller. I have no other problems at other chipotle locations the portions all look the same. I was reviewing the reviews this locations has just incase it only happens to me and Sadly notice this is a constant problem that has not been fixed from quite some time.

Placed an order for catering/delivery on 1/6/22 for delivery on 1/11/22. When delivery was late, I called the store to determine where my order was. They were adamant that it was a pick up order and had no plans to delivery. The order summary clearly states the delivery address, delivery charge, delivery tax, and delivery tip. 10 hungry people disagree that this order was placed to be picked up. Disappointing customer service.

Honestly, I rarely leave reviews because I can understand when people have a bad day. Today I went to this location and the second I came in I was yelled at across the restaurant to put a mask on, which is understandable because of the mandate and I forgot to put one on. My boyfriend didn’t have one so he kept his distance in the back of the restaurant away from everyone. One woman making the food proceeded to yell at him across the restaurant while it was busy to put a mask on being extremely rude. He didn’t know someone was yelling at him but she proceeded to have a gross attitude about it and scream. Then she had to have someone walk up to him and tell him to put one on and when he asked for a mask they said no, and that he needed to leave. I completely understand the mask mandate, But instead of yelling across the store in-front of everyone and making a scene, she could have went to him quietly in the first place. Also she was being rude to a customer to wear their mask properly but half of the staff were not wearing theirs properly. You could hear this employee from across the restaurant. When she helped me with my order she was just extremely rude to everyone and talking down to everyone. Very unprofessional. As someone who is a manager in the food industry I have never seen someone act like that. I felt like I was being treated like a child. Wouldn’t recommend this place and I feel bad for the other employees who get treated that way as well.

This place's biggest issue is consistency. While many times I have enjoyed my meals from here, an equal amount of times I have been disappointed. The portions are inconsistent and frequently smaller than the 4oz standard size indicated in the company policy. Probably 5/10 times I have to ask for a full scoop of simply rice and/or beans. Likewise, their portions on meat are very small, and yet they charge you the full price of a double scoop no problem when you ask for a full first scoop. The management has also been seen giving small portions to customers and displays irritation of some sort when confronted about the problem. Would like to see a change in this category so that the rest of the team at this location would serve its customers better.

Location is great - plenty of parking. And I love that they have the take-out parking so you can get in and out quick. Also love their app for ordering food. Definitely another worthwhile download if you go enough. You get rewards pretty frequently. I get free queso or guac every two or three visits. But that could be because of what I'm ordering warrants those freebies.Either way, pretty good location and consistent food. They are pretty on time with the to-go orders which is much appreciated. I did notice they were having to put the orders in front of the workers rather than the shelf. Assuming that's because people were stealing orders? I don't know.

We ordered pick up, the names outside the bag were correct, but inside was someone else’s order? Employees gave attitude about it. I also ordered a salad that was half full and almost no lettuce on it .. come on guys.
