I believe in this place not because of your food..it's your good beliefs ...from the south ..treat all people well. Today I watched a young lady ask for 5 $ so she and her brother 7( she was 11)could eat.. I am bummed because there was some management event and the head guy who is in pic by Door didn't notice the lobby door and her b e ING rejected. I knew she was hungry... I don't think they were starving but they were hungry enough to hear no as everyone just ignored them ...if all those managers don't see them in lobby shame on you for not feeding 2 kids under waiting for some kind person to see them ..the chic Fila I knew in would've looked to care ... where's the good people at ...not all people are in such a good place in life .trust me ..I am currently homeless just life's hiccups .. it's expensive here ... show some love to kids chick Fila.. at least the hungry ones ..be there in am for biscuits??

Lame customer service. We came at a not busy time. No one was sitting in the dining room except the manager. I tried to find a booth to sit in, but every single booth had crumbs and grease marks on the seats. I mentioned it to a staff member. She came out and wiped down one booth's seats for us, turned around and looked at the manager rolling her eyes, as if to laugh at ME for pointing this out, then went back to the kitchen - Leaving all the other booth seats dirty. Foul. Trashy. The manager heard and saw all this happen and did nothing. I would have walked out, but my kids were hungry and we were on our way to swimming lessons. Last time we came here the manager was out in the dining room fraternizing with employees that came to eat outside their shift time. Not very professional and not very clean.

I always have the BEST experience here. 2 occasions my app wasn't allowing me to place orders even though I was close to the breakfast time being cut off and I was helped. Not only that, one employee hooked me up with 2 Sandwiches. Eric is a great manager by setting an example for his employees. I hear how he addresses them also. He is always kind respectful and the other manager was very polite taking my tray. They are genuine people that care about the community also. This location was so reluctant to assist when it came to non profits in the Greater Seattle Area. I'm hopeful that this Chick Fil A location will continue to succeed. I also lived in Georgia so, I am well aware of the standard through and through and it has been the same at every location I've ever been to. Complimentary Hash Browns, cookies and a warm greeting with a smile. That's why this company thrives even when they stay Closed on Sundays. Writing this review was #MyPleasure

Bought 6 sandwiches yesterday and all 6 pices of chicken had been cut in half. Only breaded on one side, much smaller piece of chicken than these sandwiches normally have. Very sad that this franchise owner/manager has decided that it is okay to rip customers off. Will avoid this location from now on.

I don’t know if this is the location or if it is all Chick-Gil-A. The food was delivered to our table before we all even sat down at our table. We were treated like celebrities and enjoyed a juicy sandwich each. With delicious fries and their own sauce. The manager brought water for us and checked in with us. Personal and restaurant quality service at the speed of light. Thank you!

Store manager is nice and clearly cares, but Nicholas (spelling might be off) who’s one of the managers is extremely rude to guests and the employees at the store (yes I saw him get angry in front of customers and employees at someone working who had made an innocent mistake). Disappointed to see people like this in charge of others. We had been going here about once a week, but it’s about 50/50 if we will get the right order and way too often fries are soggy and the food just doesn’t stand up to any other location in the area. We live close so we tried for months to change our minds, but Nicholas is more than enough to drive a little further to another location for good service. This location just doesn’t feel like a trip to Chick-fil-A in my opinion.

Got regular Dr Pepper instead of Diet and shot my blood sugar up almost 200 points. I should know better by now than to order soda in a drive through since invariably someone will mess that up. It doesn't matter to them if even one gulp of regular soda will cause me serious issues. The tuning of the syrup in the fountain often makes it somewhat hard to tell by taste. I had about four swigs while driving before my CGM blew up on me. Seriously bad experience since I had to inject a full day's worth of short-acting insulin and I'm still not doing great. The people were pleasant, and other than the soda, the order was quick and accurate. (The other items in the order were not for me.)There needs to be some type of flag for diabetics and people allergic to sugar for things like this. I guess the solution is to never go to a chick-fil-a again.

Staff were really nice. Slightly cheaper than your usual fast food places. Food is great. fresh and doesn't taste like cardboard lol. Just a little more attention to bagging orders would be nice. We ordered nuggets and we got chicken strips instead. Not too big of a deal but just a fyi. other than that, will definitely go back.

Being from Atlanta, Chick-fil-A's are a part of my diet. I only live a few miles from this brand new location and am so excited they built it. The food here has never disappointed as it always comes out hot and fresh! Great job!

Fries undercooked and the wrap portion isn’t right! More wrap than chicken and lettuce. Lemonade was perfect(water/ lemon is proportioned right) . But this is what I expected, when they started to open a Southern restaurant in the PNW.In the South, we take pride in the preparation of our food, because it’s part of fellowship.I need this entire crew to go to GEORGIA TO Experience the Chick-fil-A restaurants. Only then will you know. But if the Owner/Operator is in it for the dollar only, you won’t get improvement.
