I can't make this up. Arrived twenty minutes before they were set to close, watched them for five minutes mopping etc, and when the noticed me at the drive thru they legit dove into the back thinking I wouldn't see them. They close early (sometimes over an hour early) all the time. I have been to this location a dozen times in the past couple months and haven't been able to get food even if there are people there and it's during normal business hours. A total nightmare.
They are good when everything is fresh. The California burger was tasty. The double cheeseburger was wrong The spicy chicken is better than McDonald's and the waffle fries were hot and crispy. The workers are slow and need more training, they need to make big orders park, we shouldn't have to wait 10 min for 1 car.
OMG super fast... Food was cold, that's why. Jalapeño poppers COLD. The hamburger was Simi warm.
Been a while since I've been. Was really surprised how good and flavorful the chicken sandwich was. Plus, crosscut fries are yummy.
The did is good but the wait times at the drive through can exceed 10 or more minutes. That's with only 4 cars ahead of you.
Great customer service, poor execution, with them not very busy 2 meals took 28 minutes to get to us. I didn't get to eat before work cuz of the wait time. Fast food anything isn't very good at all when cold. Quite disappointing.
From the East coast, hoping to get a Mushroom and Swiss, like I normally get at Hardee’s, but I understand Carls Jr. doesn’t carry the same menu! Too bad! The Mushroom and Swiss is awesome!
Love that they can lettuce wrap anything! Great service and always fresh food!
I went through the drive through and ordered two Superstar cheese burgers with two medium fries I asked for both to be special made because my son and I do not eat certain things like certian sauces and certian veggies. The order was wrong after I went to the door so they could make it right they still made them wrong and I had the manager argue with me about how she listens and did what I asked even after I told her it was wrong so I left because I obviously was not being heard and seemed like she wanted to argue. I will never come to this location again. There is absolutely no diversity at this location and they want to argue with their customers when they don't get the order right.
Pretty good, it's fast food so can't expect too much. Love that they have the beyond burger.
