The lobby napkins and ketchup were empty. And several kinds of soda were empty. But the soda syrup/concentrate refills were unprofessionalally sitting on the counter. I was given my food in a bag and had to ask for a tray, which was faded and looking very old. The employees were talking about their lives/what they are doing with their paychecks, ignoring customers. Not very professional. And when is heavy lettuce .50 extra? A head of lettuce is $1.00 which will make 100 sandwiches. That's a 5,000%/50x markup.
Never eating Burger King or any other fast food chamber again today I asked for a impossible whopper which is the vegan whopper and later on when I got my meal they instead gave me a normal whopper with cheese which is really disappointing and disgusting or them to do I recommend everyone to not come to this Burger King ever again
06mar2022 SUN ~17:45 Swee and i came to this Burger King to Dine-in. We were the only 2 there for ~10 mins, before ~6 people came to Dine-in. There were ~4 vehicles queuing at the Drive-Thru. The Burger King was neat, organized and clean. The Staff were working hard, efficient and courteous. i can only hope their Bosses recognize, appreciates, value and fairly reward them ?
Actually really good it's usually very very busy but they're really good workers if they make a mistake that usually correct it they do as much as they can and it's actually one of the finer Burger King's that we frequent a lot

This Burger King on 41st SW in Renton has the freshest and best prepared food in the area. Definitely recommend.
Ordered a double cheese burger with no mustard add mayo they added lettuce and kept the mustard. Ordered a strawberry Hi C. They made a orange Hi C. Small hash brown. It was old like 30 to 45 min old. They may be under staffed but no place should replace the quality of the food. It's not hard. To serve fresher food. The fresher the food the more customers will come. This is not acceptable

Came after work and wanted to try the whopper Wednesday promo, waited in drive thru for 20 min to be told I had to pay full price. The code I gave either wasn’t applied or entered wrong and I had since exited the app and wasn’t able to get the coupon pulled back up. The drive thru cashier told me there was nothing she could do and I left not getting my food and Burger King then wasted perfectly good food. Horrible experience and a waste of time, I realized after why it had been so long since I had visited a Burger King establishment to begin with.
I have to say that the employees on the inside were nicer than almost any other Burger King employees I have interacted with in many years. My hat's off to them and the management of the location.
