Food quality is ok but not great at this locationWorkers at this location make you question your self ( are they clean, is their hygiene good enough to handle other people food), plus you have to repeat your orders, because they don't understand English very well, and after repeating , they still get your order wrong.. what do you do then??? you already left, and drove away by a distance. Well just eat the food. Too much hustle to go back , and correct it, or Toss it in the trash bin, ( Wasted Money)

I took the Time to sign up for your app and order online even though it was raining .. Yet my request for no mustard no pickle on my hamburgers for my dogs which Is there treat for the day for being such good puppies.. I am not sure why there is enough mustard on this they do have a roof to feed a family of 8 but you're killing your profits and losing a life long customer who worked at Burger King .. I know the process and there no excuse for such waste and disregard for good service. I am sorry that it's a negatively review but this Is the only negative thing I've experienced all weekend I will show you a picture of your mustard sandwich with a little bit of hamburger in the middle...

Food here is really good. It's a bit priceier when it comes to fast food, but worth it. The double bacon burger and fries are awesome.

The food is good but I can't go anymore because I dont have a car I really hope they open the inside soon even it's just take out or even curbside pickup I just wanna eat here again

Worst BK I've ever been to. The bun was cold and hard. Meat tasted like freezer burn. Fries were soggy. Girl in the window was cold as a fish. No greeting. Not. One. Word! Would have been better talking to a fish! Sucks doesn't even come close.

The guys working tonight provided excellent service. We ordered a bunch of food and was unfortunately holding up the line but they guys working tonight were such hustlers and plowed through our order and were very respectful. Not one item was wrong or missing.

I placed a mobile order and then drove to the restaurant. I used their mobile app and got one of the offers that is available. I made some special tweaks to my burger and they had it perfect. Not to mention the fact that when I got there it was ready I just drove up to the window they handed to me and I drove away. They did a good job putting Burger together it didn't look messy. And my food was hot and ready. Definitely one of the better Burger King staffs in my experience.

Completely forgot one of my sandwiches, that cost $9; AND even though we paid for extra cheese on two other sandwiches, they didn't give us the extra cheese. Then when I tried to call and give them a chance to make it right, they either didn't answer the phone or picked it up and hung up immediately. Never going back to this location.

The venue:Your standard Burger King. This one needs a bit of an update though, as it's fairly run down on the outside. Haven't been inside due to COVID-19. I think that the owning company (Ambrosia QSR) should invest some money in this place and renovate. I get that it's in a 'meh' area of Renton, but it's very high traffic being right off of the freeway, and I think a more attractive venue (with better traffic management for the drive through) could be key to even greater success here.The staff:The staff that I have interacted with (at the window) are always really nice and can also be chatty whilst we wait on the food to be completed and bagged. I like how down to earth and chill everyone seems here. From what I can see, no one seems to be in a bad mood, even when dealing with the general public.The food:The food is your standard Burger King food. I don't feel joy eating it, but I also don't feel disgust. So the usual Fast Food middle of the road marks are made here. Never had an issue with wrong order or something being underdone at this particular Burger King.The 4/5 comes from the venue being run down. It would be 5/5 if there were renovations that were done here.

I ordered food on the Burger King website as I was passing through the area at around 10:20pm. The website and my order both said that the restaurant was open to 12am. I exited the freeway and navigated my way there. When I pulled up, the restaurant was dark, the doors were locked, and the drive thru was blocked off. I walked up to the doors and they were locked. I checked the hours posted on the door and one sign said they were open until 12am and the other said 11 pm (it was like 10:25 pm at this point). I tried calling the store and it sounded like I was hung up on. I called again and left a message with my name and number and still have not received a call back. They took my money, took time out of my commute, and I got no food. By the time I left burger king there was almost nothing open and it took me another 30 minutes of driving around to find food. They scammed me out of my money and I have nothing to show for it. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Horrible experience
