I ordered a birthday cake for my son with vanilla ice cream and white cake. I get it home, cut into it and it’s vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. I guess I should be thankful they were able to spell the words correctly. What a shame since the birthday boy hates chocolate. It became very expensive vanilla ice cream.
The staff was wonderful
I picked up my ice cream cake on January 6th for my birthday. I thawed it out a bit to eat a piece tonight and there was hair in the cake part. I'm calling right when they open tomorrow. That's disgusting.

Would give 0 stars if I could.I got accosted by another customer at this store because I called her out when she tried to cut in line and apparently the cashier said 'she is a regular'. I'm sorry but shouldn't you ban people like this from frequenting your store if they harass customers and have no sense of decency to be in public? Every time that ragged lady walked around and by, she would make snide comments to me and only me (there were 5 others in the store). Felt very unsafe but I was so annoyed that no one stood up with/for me so I called her out every single time. Really disappointed that the staff didn't do anything or say anything to her. There are other ice cream shops so I won't be back. Maybe the nut job can continue to get her chocolate pint and keep the store open.
The girls here was fast and friendly.
The staff was really nice, but due to CoVid-19 restrictions only 7 guests are allowed in the store at a time. That meant standing out in the scorching heat. It was worth it!

This location has been open since I was a small kid and I have always had good experiences with service and the ice cream cakes make every occasion complete.
