5 stars for what it is, reasonably priced sit down fast food. Some jerk rolled up to bar tonight, ordered one beer and no food and demanding the TV be switched to his game and complained to the manager when it took a few minutes. No wonder these resteraunt workers are leaving in droves. Despite that we got good service good food at a good price. They deserve a 5 star rating for the way they handled lord one beer alone.
The waitress was terrible... spilled my boyfriend's drink on the table and handed him napkins for him to clean it up, laughed and said it wasn't much of the drink... it was about ¼ of one of your $7 drinks... didn't ask how we wanted our food so we ended up with overly cold food, burgers cooked so well that they were crisp and dry... and the fries were so soggy and disgusting and cold that my boyfriend had to ask for new fries. We had to get our own condiments. And honestly if I had cash on me I would have given a tip to the waiter that was at the table next to us... Wesley was so attentive to his tables that my boyfriend told him that he wished that he had been our waiter because the person we had was so terrible that I honestly almost spoke to the manager about her... worst service I've ever had... and by the way, you should have Wesley training all of your servers, he has amazing customer service and actually acts like he cares. The waitress we had didn't even stay at the table long enough to read her name tag...
This place has always been my go to happy hour for quick cheap grub. The chicken wings are my favorite although it is no longer part of the HH.Service is always quick and friendly. Will keep coming back.
My husband and I live super close and we order To-Go probably once a month. The food is usually pretty good and the service when we dine-in is great. When we order to-go I always order an extra breadstick and have only received it once or twice or of 7 or 8 orders. It's not a huge deal but if I pay for it and order it, not receiving it in my order is pretty disappointing, especially repeatedly.
Ordered for 5:45 pm walked away with our food at 6:34 pm and was told we are just backed up, counted 8 tables and 7 at the bar. You spend 100 and get served cold food for takeout. I mean, bless those servers trying to make money there. It wasn't all bad, though. I had a great glass of ice water.
Oooooo so good! The chicken & blackened shrimp were tasty and cooked perfectly. The French onion soup was also great!
When the waiter showed us to our table he told us that they needed vaccine cards, but that if we didnt have ours, we could bring them next time we came. The food was good. They took a little extra time (everyone else was done eating) to give my husband his odd-juice. They did give him 5$ off the bill for it being late.Facility looked clean and food tasted good.
The food was very good and the service was very friendly and efficient.
Came in last night @ 7:00 pm with my wife and kids. The restaurant was less than 20% crowded. I have to say it was my worst dining experience @ a Applebees. Took 15 minutes to have our drink order taken after being seated, 10 minutes later the server came back and asked again for our drink order (2 glasses of water & 2 glasses of soda. We placed our order at that time. 30 minutes later the server informed me that they were out of ribs, and we haven’t received our appetizer of queso & tortilla chips. I order a substitute and we wait for another 20 minutes. The food was mediocre at best. I don’t think we will visit a Applebees again!!
I just wanted to thank you for kicking me out of your restraunt the other day for not having a vaccine. It made me realize that I have been mindlessly eating your reheated frozen food, settling for condescending sub-par service, and weak bar drinks for far too long.I feel like I was just asked to leave an unhealthy relationship that I stayed in for way too long.Thank you for taking the first steps to end our relationship!
