Horrible experience and shoddy customer service. Turns out they close service at 830 pm. I placed a pick up order for 9 pm (since it says so that they are open till midnight) and had to go to drive through since every other door was closed. When I went there, the staff was saying straight to my face that they would not encourage pick up since I came by foot (I lived nearby). If so, they either should not allow online orders beyond a point or they should have cancelled the order rather than condescendingly saying yeah you know what it is not on us as if I should have known better. Made us feel really awkward.Would have given 0 stars if I could and surprised that they are still running.
Poor customer service. I ordered ahead of time so when I take my lunch it would be ready. It stated it was ready so when I went to pick up I went to drive thru then they had me stand next to door and said my order was not ready. A lunch rush went thru the drive thru of about 11 cars and lunch was over for me before I even got my food, mind you I am a UPS driver with limited time to eat.
I grew up on the first ever location/original Wendy's in Dublin, OH across from their headquarters. Haven't had my Wendy's cravings satisfied yet since being here in the PNW until this Wendy's. Now I'm happy once again.
I don't own a car! The doors are always locked and take-out is not an option. The mobile app for this location disabled take out. It's very frustrating. On the rare occasion the dining room is open, the staff consistently gives the cold-shoulder.
Cheese was not melted and had a bucket of mayo on the chicken sandwich. The soda was low on syrup
This friggen place changes their hours of operation to whenever they feel like closing. Absolutely awful service. This place should just shut its doors permanently. Whoever runs this store has absolutely no management skills.
Rude when taking drive through orders. Yelled at me because of a clear language barrier on their part…. Better places to eat in the area .

This Wendys always gets your order wrong. When they where open inside it was not so bad, you could correct your order. But since you only have drive through options it's horrible when there is always something wrong with your order. Make sure you always check your order every time! Thoroughly!
Consistently good. Always polite and friendly service.Much love to fast food workers during times when the drive through is 12 cars long. They get slammed and they are always on the ball.
